You must take special care to suggest such type of Hotel to a business traveller.
Pros:

I had a horrible experience with this Hotel. This is not a hotel, rather Brothrel. Such a nasty and full of illegal practice. Please remove this hotel from your list.

Very bad residency. Don't book on it.
Pros:

Only location is near Kokilaben Dhirubhai Hospital. Rest of this, everything is worsed.

Cons:

Rest of location, everything is worsed. Very small room. No windows, very congested. Very noise. Room lock is also not good. Its like brothel.
When I requeatwd to rwfund price, owner refuse my request.

Highly recommend. Nice people and great service!!
Pros:

The people who worked there were beyond nice. Absolutely fantastic and incredibly accommodating. I had originally booked a hotel at the place next door (named “Best Hotel”)and was denied + received poor treatment there, so I booked a room at Vaithi Residency last minute and they immediately got me setup and made me feel very comfortable.
