Great facilities, but way too much noise from poor soundproofing…
Pros:

It was extremely modern and comfy

Cons:

It was the thinnest walls I’ve ever experienced in a hotel and I travel A LOT! You could hear every person having sex, every person stomping on the floors above you, every time someone flushed the toilet… I even heard the person above me tapping their toothbrush and gargling! And in the morning the staff was vacuuming outside my door at 8 am. It was literally the worst sound reinforced overnight stay I’ve ever been at!

Lobby and hall smelled like dirty dogs
Cons:

The lobby and hall near the ground floor elevator stunk on several occasions like dirty dogs. Although I told the front desk clerks a couple of times, they didn’t spray or seem to care about the stench. A couple had checked in with stinky, unbathed dogs. Other hotels allow dogs but I’ve never smelled such a stench as I did there.

The stay was great but the bed was very uncomfortable.
Pros:

This hotel has a cooktop & a full size refrigerator that will allow me to bring my own food & cook my own meals due to my Celiac disease

Fantastic people, incredible value
Pros:

I can’t remember ever being so impressed with the staff and management of a hotel. This is an incredible value for the money.

I will be back for sure. It’s my go to place in Bentonville.

Pros:

Kitchenette was great. Comfortable recliner and a Comfortable desk chair at the desk. Bed and pillows was top notch comfort.

It was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 2 week vacation.
Pros:

The rooms were new. Averting was clean and smelled nice. They're was a kitchenette that would have been nice for longer status. Their laundry was nice, clean and multiple loads could be done at the same time.

Cons:

There wasn't a hot tub or pool.
