Great location and the staff was friendly

Cons:

Room wasn't the cleanest, beds was really uncomfortable loads in the room and bathroom was damaged or missing. No entertainment and no sleep cos next doors hotel was like a disco all night, ended up checking out at midnight to find another hotel

Apart from noise from the barhad a smashing stay

Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs

Cons:

The rooms were very small no room to swing a cat, needed new furniture it was a bit tacky, breakfast was poor, when it arrived at the table it was cold

Pros:

Breakfast was served quickly but was cold.

Cons:

The room was very dated, dirty, holes in the carpet, furniture and beds that had seen better days. Stains on the duvets trying to cover them up with bed spreads which had stain on. Kids running around all night despite someone talking to them finally stopped at 5am.

Pros:

Great location for Winter Gardens and central shopping areas, good breakfast and staff were very friendly

Cons:

Heating didn't work/wasn't turned on in January (freezing temperatures outside) however the staff had already provided a heater for the room so we were comfy enough
