Pros:

Fab location and the Staff very accommodating towards our families requests and very friendly we had a lovely time. Especially as it was pet friendly

We liked everything but could do with the bacon at breakfast a bit warmer for our next visit

Friendly staff - the young people in the dining room were very pleasant, polite and courteous and very happy to help.
Pros:

I chose Melville for its location - very handy for Empress Ballroom and Winter Gardens

Cons:

Just a bit noisy - loud music from downstairs - but really not too bad

Eine interessante Erfahrung

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Gebucht hatten wir aus Platzgründen ein Vierbettzimmer, 16 qm, scheinbar werden die Zimmer dann nach Ankunftszeit vergeben, da wir erst nach 22 Uhr ankamen, erhielten wir ein winziges Zimmer mit 1,40 er Bett und Schlauchfenster oben quer. Nicht mal Platz auch nur für einen einzigen Koffer.
Alle anderen Zimmer waren vergeben,
Einen Fön gab es auch nicht, auch da hatte die Rezeption schon alle vergeben.

Bit outdated needs a make over Just thought the bedroom was a bit small there was no parking like it said cost £14 in a storey carpark which was across the way
