Pros:

Staff were very welcoming can't wait to go back breakfast was lovely Shaun the chef and his staff were very efficient

Cons:

They could do with extra entertainment we stayed 3 nights there was only entertainment on the first night

Cons:

Hotel is very dated, smells and not great. Never really say it in blackpool before so don't know what the standard of hotels is but this one was rough. They put my wife and 5-year-olds in a room that was right next to the reception between two doors and a lift. It was a very noisy room. The music in the bar went on way past 11:00 at night on the first night and was impossible to go to sleep before 1am.

Cons:

Very outdated. Our room was “bridal suite” bed was awful, carpet made socks filthy. No space in bathroom. Shower door didn’t close. Paper bath mat? Very run down

Pros:

Perfect location for winter gardens and not too far from the front either! Lovely walking distance to tourist attractions

Good hotel, great location
Pros:

From entering the hotel until we left every member of staff were really friendly and helpful

The creek floorboards in the night when you have to go to the bathroom and you're trying not to wake anyone up
