Great place to stay will definitely use Hilton again.
Pros:

The room has everything you could possibly need with a great layout and comfortable furniture. Breakfast was great but very busy on a Saturday morning.

Cons:

The pillows are probably the worst I have ever used beyond that no complaints.

Excellent facility!
Pros:

Convenient with many eating g options nearby. Good proximity to campus. Bed was very comfortable.

Overall this amount of space, the cleanliness, and the price were perfect for our needs!
Pros:

The location was convenient, but away from the main university traffic. The room size, amenities, and cleanliness were excellent.

Cons:

There were kids around 8-12 in the gym (with a parent) and we notified staff, but didn’t seem like anything was done. The breakfast was ok, but also seemed like people were loading up for their families. Our shower stall floor was very slippery and a big fall risk for some.

Pros:

Quite fresh hotel, everything is in a usable condition.

Cons:

I’d put a ten score if there wouldn’t be an issue with bed linen. It was old, used out and smelled not good.

Overall the place was comfortable and clean but the service was subpar.

I asked 3 times for my room to be cleaned and stocked and I was told by the front desk that they would have it cleaned and stocked the next day and each day it never happened. I am extremely disappointed the lack of attention when I needed something from the hotel.

Also one evening I came back and there were many police cars there. I asked what was going on at the front desk for safety reasons and I was told to just go to my room. The police were a couple doors down from my room and were all over the hallway, they arrested someone and I had to go through them all to get to my room. My safety, I felt was disregarded.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

It was a nice quiet stay. Enjoyed the fitness room & pool. The staff was nice

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't the best. The food was not hot it was luke warm at best. There was no butter for the toast that I could find.

Disappointing. Took a chance on this place last over the Hilton next door and would not come back.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The warm - not hot - water took 10 minutes and barely any pressure, the blinds were broken, staff was absent at the front desk upon arriving.

Had to wait until after 4 pm to get into our room even after requesting early .
Pros:

Rooms convenient to elevator. And ice machine. Except for check-in EE’s were pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Shower not up to par. Took 10 minutes to get hot water
