La proximité de la ville.

Cons:

Le stationnement, il y a un parking mais il faut payer 14 euros de plus part nuit.
Le prix des petits déjeuner trop coûteux pour une famille.

Lovely room with comfortable bed
Pros:

Great little place, friendly staff and easy location for the city!

On site parking is I think 14 euro which isn’t the cheapest but was certainly super convenient.


Clean and well-equipped room and very comfortable bed, I would come back for sure.

Cons:

Nothing to report. No issues, it’s not dead centre but easily close enough to the main city and is priced very well given its proximity.

J’ai fait des appart hôtel beaucoup mieux que celui ci
Pros:

Proche du centre ville. Personnel très gentil

Cons:

La literie est vétuste, aussi bien le lit que le canapé lit. Le ménage est moyen.
Mauvaise organisation au niveau du petit dej.

Le bruit du moteur du réfrigérateur insupportable
Jai vu avec la réceptionniste a l'accueil, elle nous a dit il faut diminuer a 2 mais malheureusement tous les réfrigérateur de l'hôtel sont pareil
La solution c'est de l'éteindre
En hiver ça marche mais l'été je pense pas que c'est
une bonne idée

Station tram très proche , un seul bistrot en face

Pour aller au centre prendre tram 1.20 euro aller si non 25 minutes à pieds
C'est écrit Euralille confort mais il n'est pas a Euralille
Même pas un resto ou une pizzeria pour manger la nuit ou voir même une supérette pour faire qq courses

C’est un séjour nickel, j’aime bien revenir un jour pour passer mon séjour là
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé les personnels, la propreté et l’emplacement et est pas trop loin de son profil

Cons:

Ce que j’ai pas aimé, chaque fois ils ont un petit problème de l’eau chaude dans l’appartement et le jour quand j’ai été la femme de ménage, elle n’est pas passée si c’était un dimanche

Literie de très bonne qualité. J'ai super bien dormi.
La séparation cuisine chambre avec la porte est un plus.
L'emplacement proche de la ligne de tramway pour aller à Lille Europe.

Très bonne surprise, excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Calme (quartier) - propreté - personnel agréable - proximité avec la gare Lille Europe.

Cons:

Salle du petit déjeuner sous-dimensionnée et surchargée un dimanche à 9h30, personnel de service dépassé, nous avons renoncé et sommes allé prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur, au "Banana Drama".
