Great hotel to visit Sozopol, which was only a 20 minute walk away

Просторный стильный номер, вкусный завтрак, бесплатные шезлонги на пляжах, бесплатная парковка

Неприветливый персонал, мы бронировали номер с видом на море, а нам дали номер с видом парковку, которая занимала 70% обзора и только 30% море, горничная не стучит в номер, а просто вламывается в него (мы испугались, когда сидели на балконе, что у нас кто-то там ходит). Больше всего не понравилось, что у нас на 3 этаже было ООЧЕНЬ МНОГО МУРАВЬЕВ. Откуда они там могли взяться???

Территория отеля большая, но по факту это 2 здания (1 жилой комплекс и 1 здание, где сидит администрация, находится ресторан и спа-центр), все остальное - это жилые дома местных. На территории отеля есть 4 бассейна, 1 джакузи. Все они расположены на отдалении друг от друга. Также можно бесплатно пользоваться шезлонгами на двух пляжах. Еще не понравилось, что во время нашего проживания в отеле проходили свадьбы день за днем, поэтому ресторан был закрыт для обычных постояльцев, а нам пришлось питаться магазинной едой!

Our stay was lovely but for what we paid I’d expect a bit
Pros:

Loved our room, but we paid enough for it. The cleaner woke us a few times and I don’t understand why as sometimes we’d come back from the pool at 4pm and the room still wouldn’t have been cleaned.

Cons:

Facilities were good lots of restaurants and pools some better than others the tiles on some pools were falling off and some maintenance needed
