Stayed adversely affected by building work and limited room facilities.
Pros:

Location close to Old Town area

Cons:

Room was Spartan. Felt half furnished. Building site outside entrance and parking for larger vehicle in amongst building work. No bar and having to go to another floor for a coffee with no facilities provided in room.
