Wonderful stay. Well behaved staff. To mentionMr , Herry the manager was available all time.Made me feel like home. In addition had a very good cleaning routine. The rooms were kept very clean.Lovely and helpful staff, even the guard at the gate was very welcoming.
Mr Herry, the manager is very polite, professional and supportive.I stayed here for over a month and My experience was very positive. Thank you Perch team. You guys rock. small market with banks, pharmacy, restaurant is within 100 meters. A perfect service apartment in near Huda city centre. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Comfortable stay
Pros:

The apartment is okay to stay comfortably and the price is convenient too,; however it is recommended to provide an electric stove with minimum utensils in the apartment to cook essential food items.

Cons:

The food bill of the restaurant
is a little bit expensive. However a 10 percent discount on the bill was given.

Very good place for long stay, better than housr, much better than OYO etc.
Pros:

Excellent hospitality and taken care by hariom ji by accommodating me in a noise free room.

Also Rajpal in cafeteria is very hard working and sincere person. He took care of me and my wife’s food needs.

Cons:

Some rooms are on main road, so some people can people can feel some noise.
