The perfect place!!
Close to everywhere but in a quiet street.

Vorallem die Menschen, die dort gearbeitet haben. Ich habe noch nie so freundliche Menschen erlebt! Sie haben immer gelächelt, immer nach deinem Tag gefragt und dir so viele Tipps zum Essen etc. gegeben. Wirklich 10/10!
Zudem war die Lage perfekt. Da es in einer Seitenstraße war, war es sogar relativ ruhig. Dennoch warst du super schnell mitten drin.
Alles war gut.
Really good hotel, great location. Staff are super friendly. Great for leaving luggage aswell before heading on Bus later in the evening after checking out earlier in the day.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were super helpful, Shawn especially helped to make our stay very easy, very welcoming and could not do enough for us. We used the spa recommended by the hotel nearby which was very reasonable and great service, breakfast was good.

Our room was perfect. It was my mothers birthday so we requested to prepare a surprise from the staff.

The hotel was very well located, walking distance to both train streets and Hoa Lo Prison. It is tucked away on a small street and quiet in the evenings.
Both young men on the front desk were absolutely exceptional, always happy to see you and welcome you back. They truly made the stay so much better!
Great and close to amenities
The hotel was very comfortable. Well located in the middle of the Old Quarter but on a quiet street. The staff was terrific and helpful. We were glad we stayed there
The room was neat and tidy! The atmosphere was delightful. It is close to everything and noice levels were not so loud.
Two receptionists are friendly and help. The hotel is clean and well decorated. It is convenient to visit the old quarter and have meals.
The hotel was awesome, comfortable room, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional, a special mention to Shaun and his colleagues. They were always willing to advise on sites to visit and places to dine. 150/10 for the service.

Location was terrific and size of the room very comfortable. Staff were very helpful in arranging washing for us and more than happy to make recommendations to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was great too!

Extremely disappointing experience, especially after months of planning.
Prior to my flight, the hotel contacted me ask for my arrival time thru booking. To which I clicked on the timing to informed them that I would arrive at the airport at 5:30PM. My booking was explicitly marked as “payment at the hotel”, so there was no requirement for pre-payment or card deduction before arrival.
While I was on the plane traveling to Vietnam, the hotel attempted to call me. Of course, I was unreachable because I was mid-flight. At the same time, they also tried to deduct money from my card, not once, not twice but 5 times!!! Each time a different amount! And I have photo evidence. As a traveler in Vietnam, I had temporarily blocked my cards due to the high number of scams, which is a very common and reasonable precaution.
After landing, clearing immigration, and traveling from the airport, we arrived at the hotel at around 7:45 PM, only to be told that our room had been given away. This was shocking and unacceptable.
We had booked their most expensive suite for three nights, with prior confirmation. Despite this, the hotel still gave away our confirmed accommodation.
What made the situation even more upsetting was the hotel manager’s justification — stating that the room was released because I was “uncontactable at 5 PM,” conveniently ignoring the fact that I was on an international flight, something they were already aware of.
To arrive after a long journey and discover that your confirmed, premium booking has been given away is incredibly upsetting. This trip was planned far in advance, and the lack of understanding, flexibility, and basic professionalism completely ruined the start of our stay.
I would strongly caution future guests, especially those arriving by international flight or booking higher-tier rooms. A confirmed booking here does not seem to guarantee anything.

Location is great
The staff was not friendly and not very helpful. The hotel did not fully match the description on Booking, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very poor, with very limited options and low quality. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
All the staff we came into contact with were incredibly helpful and so joyful!
The breakfast had a wide selection of fruits and continental breakfast but the pancakes were a little disappointing.
Wonderful, friendly staff with exceptional English skills. Chan was especially kind. They were very helpful with travel arrangements, laundry, and local recommendations. Great location!
