Very pleasant experience, highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic overall. The service was excellent and the facilities were well-maintained and complete. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Roger, our host, was absolutely exceptional in every way. He helped us with so many issues.
Pros:

Breakfast at Sister hotel was lovely. Staff made fresh egg dishes on request, and great variety of food. Wonderful staff replenishing dishes.

The hotel itself is lovely, well-maintained, and easily accessible by car. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Breakfast is served at a sister hotel just steps away, and it’s plenty. Buffet plus one made-to-order dish from the menu.
You’re right in the heart of everything—the lake, the night market, and the train street.
Highly recommended!

Old school class, with a new school warmth

From start to finish the best most hospitable staff I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. I canot stress enough how profesional, courteious and friendly the employess are at this hotel. Special shout out to Linh at reception who I could talk to for hours. As well as Ngoc the bell boy who aticipated my evry move I didnt have to open a door, carry a bag or press a lift button fot the duration of my stay. Top qualiry service I would stay again.

Cons:

A bit cheeky I was put in a neigbouring hotel of the same brand. But this was explained before I paid so fair play.

どこに行くにも歩いて行ける便利な場所。
近くに有名なフォーのお店があり、お隣も素敵なカフェで空いている時間にさくっと利用できてよかった。
フロントのショーンさんがいつも笑顔で話しかけてくださりうれしかった。
ホテルに忘れ物をした際にも、的確に対処してくださり本当に助かりました。

強いて言うならシャワーの水圧とお湯と水の温度調節が難しかったこと。

Lovely hotel in the Old Quarter
Pros:

Lovely place to stay in the old quarter- close to pretty much everything, and relatively quiet for the area.
Very clean and comfortable.
My room was spacious .
The staff was delightful.
Would stay again!

Cons:

Breakfast was served in the twin hotel next door, and was quite average.
