Buen lugar para explorar el viejo Hanoi, grandes profesionales en recepción

Los dos recepcionostas, Shawn y Roger. Pese a su jiventud, son dos grandes profesionales. Dispiwstos a ayudar en todo. Tuvimos algún problema y estuvieron siempre atentos. Transmiten padió. Por su trabajo. Merecen todas las propinas.

The location was do central and the service was excellent. Shawn was excellent in his customer service and went out of the way to help us with everything!!

The only negative thing was that the noise from the construction site opposite the hotel was disrupting our sleep as they would be at work drilling and piling all night ...

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The cleanliness, hospitality, and overall service exceeded our expectations.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Roger and Mr. San for their outstanding kindness and support. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and made the hotel feel like a home away from home.

A quaint boutique hotel.
Pros:

Reception staff was very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They spoke good English. Room was very comfortable and clean. Decor lives up to the word "boutique" in it's name. Would book again on next trip to Hanoi.

Cons:

The balcony was a bit tiny but it comes with being in the heart of Hanoi.

Pros:

Za 3 týdny cestování po Vietnamu jsem nenarazila na lepší a čistější hotel. Maximálně doporučuji. Velmi milý a ochotný personál, skvělé snídaně a nejvíc oceňuji naprostou čistotu pokoje
