Pros:

Super accueil. Personnel au petit soins. Les chambres sont belles et propres.

Cons:

Malheureusement, il y a un chantier juste en face qui fait beaucoup de bruit de 6:00 à 24:00.
Hôtel pas bien insonorisé comme partout.

Best hotel on our stay in Vietnam.
Pros:

The staff,especially Shaun and Roger,went the extra mile to help us with everything,from booking grab taxis,to giving advice on places to eat,infact they were superb,also the cleaners were excellent,rooms were cleaned and re supplied every day,it was a wonderfull stay and we will reccomend it to everyone we know,deffinately worth the 10 out of 10 we gave.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like to much was the building work opposite,but that is not the hotels fault,there was nothing they could have done about it.

We did not like the property. I booked at golden boutique, when i reached i got golden armor hotel, rooms were so small. I was asked to pay at the property by cash-as a tourist you reserve cash, i had to pay through card and i was charged 5% extra. I want to escalate this and get refund.

Super emplacement assez proche de tout avec un quartier assez vivant. Le personnel de l’acceuil est ADORABLE avec mention spéciale pour Shawn qui était d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité rare, encore merci à lui pour toute les explications et recommandations. Si nous revenons sur Hanoï nous reviendrons probablement dans cet hôtel

Cons:

La douche fuyait un peu donc le reste de la salle de bain était mouillé mais ça ne nous a pas embêtés plus que ça. Les photos ne correspondent pas à 100% à la chambre en terme d'esthétisme mais c’etait très bien

Pros:

We enjoyed our vacation in Hanoi because of their amazing staff. Kudos to Shawn, Roger, and San (the night shift guy)! They were so attentive to our needs that made our stay extra special.
We were so grateful for the holiday tips and the fruits and yoghurt Shawn packed for us to take to the airport.
