Een geweldige ervaring van begin tot eind – absolute aanrader voor iedereen die hiernaartoe wil gaan

Wat een fijne ervaring! De accommodatie was nog mooier dan verwacht en de vriendelijkheid van de mensen (o.a. receptie Edwin / Barman Ruben) maakte het echt bijzonder – overal, van het strand tot het restaurant en de bar. We hebben hier optimaal kunnen ontspannen en komen graag nog eens terug. Ik was met mijn 2 dochters van 23 en 25 jaar en ben er 5 dagen geweest. Wij hadden 1 kamer met ons 3-en, dat was wel wat krap maar we waren daar nauwelijks dus helemaal prima. Fijne restaurantjes in de buurt om te gaan eten en heerlijk dicht bij het strand.

Beautiful hotel with incredible customer service.
Pros:

Incredible staff. Super helpful with organising three island trip and bioluminescence. Super clean rooms, services daily. Free water available in the reception as well towel exchange.

Comfy rooms, well air conditioned. Nice balcony. Shower was great. With the stay beach beds were free. Food from the hotel such as the prawn tacos and guacamole were delicious! Great service on the beach as well.

Overall amazing experience and would be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family coming to Mexico or going Holbox.

The beach access was very close to the hotel which was great and the beach beds were comfortable and great with a lovely view of the sunset too. Really good food and drinks delivered to our beach bed from the affiliated restaurant throughout the day with great happy hour options. Staff were very friendly, and rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was no noise issues at all throughout our stay, it was a lovely and calm environment.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, reception toujours là pour aider en cas de besoin. M'a aidée pour avoir un taxi retour pour le ferry, taxi arrivé en à peine 5 minutes.
Sinon hôtel Très bien placé, la plage juste en face est superbe, il y a très peu d'algues comparé à dautres endroits. Transats agréables (inclus pour les clients hotel) et service egalement si on veut manger ou boire quelque chose. 2 piscines au pied des chambres très agréables pour se rafraîchir.
A quelques minutes à pied du centre, où il y a restos, bars, souvenirs, et un supermarché.
Chambre confortable, salle de bain et douche assez grande. Serviettes bain et plage fournies.

Cons:

Dommage que les rideaux ne soient pas occultants.
Il y a très peu d'insonorisation il faut le savoir même si ça ne m'a pas dérangée plus que ça.

fuimos en plan Descanso, y a la hora de dormir las almohadas estaban duras y con rellenos viejos, algunas con falta de relleno e incomodas. Es un punto bastante importante a la hora de buscar descanso, pedimos otras en resepcion y estaban iguales. por ende regresamos contracturados y dormimos incomodos! fue lo unico

Good value for money, great location, clean rooms but uncomfortable sleep
Pros:

Great location, the beach access and day beds across the road on the beautiful sand was perfect. Very friendly staff, bar service, and clean rooms

Cons:

The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable unfortunately, and pretty noisy once the quads started doing taxi runs in the morning. Shower never got warm
