Good lacated but very worn

It was close to hospital Sheba where I needed to go every day

Cons:

Here it was clearly written that the price includes the VAT, I am ISrael national , but you wrote price includes VAT . At the desk they charged me extra 230 NIS on top of your price for VAT though it was written .
I will contact your customer support I want back the extra charge

כל העניין של חדר האוכל היה ממש גרוע ולא טוב אני הזמנתי ארוחת שישי וזה ממש לא הרגיש כמו בבית, המחיר יקר ולא שווה את המחיר האוכל היה פושר ממש גם פינו לי את השולחן שקמתי לקחת משהו נוסף

I couldn’t sleep from the mattress and the pillow , extremely stiff and uncomfortable.
