Was comfortable and we enjoy the hotel, the area, the rooms, the bathroom, all that was good. You can park inside, you have tenis- pable - swimming pool, gym, etc

Cons:

The big problem in this hotel calls: BREKFAST. One of the worst breakfasts I took in an hotel of this category. How can be that you pay 300 USD for a room + breakfast and you get a descartable cup for coffee. The salads had no taste, the bread was impossible to eat, not enough cakes option - not enough jams, not good honey, not enough nothing of nothing. If I come back to this hotel, most important: DONT TAKE BREAKFAST THERE, NEVER!!!!

receptionist named TAL was great, informative and very helpful

Cons:

You can not set the temperature of the AC in the room, it says make it hotter or colder but no actual difference between the two

Good lacated but very worn
Pros:

It was close to hospital Sheba where I needed to go every day

Cons:

Here it was clearly written that the price includes the VAT, I am ISrael national , but you wrote price includes VAT . At the desk they charged me extra 230 NIS on top of your price for VAT though it was written .
I will contact your customer support I want back the extra charge
