外室する時はフロントに連絡してドアロック解除して貰う。
Pros:

葛岡駅から下り坂、帰りは登り坂なので徒歩なら地獄…笑
でも仙台駅に向かうバス停の郷六が近くにあって良かった！
部屋とベッドは広く使いやすい、アメニティも揃っている。

Cons:

２階の部屋で国道沿だったので、車が走る音で寝れないし落ち着かなかった。
後、バスタブが古かった…

Pros:

お菓子のサービスやアメニティもとてもよかったです

Cons:

部屋の椅子を動かしたら前の宿泊者なのかマウスウォッシュが２つ椅子の下に落ちていていて掃除はあまり出来ていないんだなと感じました

OK for a short stay but be aware of some things
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable and well equipped. There are free soda drinks, snacks and plenty of toiletries in the lobby.
Staff was helpful but didn't speak English so communication was difficult.
One of the cheapest places in the Sendai area. Conveniently located if you are going to Yamadera.

Cons:

It's essentially a love hotel so it's slightly strange to have it listed on Booking.com. Not really a big deal, you can treat it like a normal hotel and just ignore certain... stuff. HOWEVER, what we didn't know is you get locked inside your room and can't get out until you pay (by cash) in the machine next to the door. Each day we had to insert a certain amount of money before leaving the room - in the end, the total amount was what we were supposed to pay according to our booking but the locking situation threw us off a little bit.
Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes so we had to turn on the fan and open windows constantly.
Location is not that nice, nothing much around, only one convenient store and one restaurant.
