The property was in the most perfect location, being able to access local amenities. Bus stop right out the front and GMHBA just across the road. We flew in from WA to watch Geelong play on their home turf and the property provided the best location! Just a walk away from the grounds. Not only that, it was clean, and comfortable. Very easy to access.
Was a bit noisy with the train and ambulances going past due to the hospital being close by. But we were so tired due to adjusting to the time difference that it didn’t affect us too much.
Close to everything, had all emenities for my family of 5.
There is one air con in the apartment, worjed perfectly but no fans in the bedrooms for more air movement, became a bit stuffy in the bedrooms & had to sleep with doors open to feel cooler air.
Very clean property , nicely fitted out and great location
There was a big issue with noise . Apparently it was a problem with the hot water pipes . It was a howling noise which was particularly bad first thing in the morning and at night when the rest of the flats were using water, making sleep/ a lie in quite difficult
I think we were unlucky that it happened over new year but I still found it hard to believe they couldn’t get a plumber for over a week meaning we had to put up with it the whole 7 day visit . To be fair they were v apologetic and refunded 1 night but it def impacted our stay . Also out with their control but there was a birds nest just above patio so lots of bird poop . Perhaps a parasol for the next guests ?

The Apartment is amazing, beautiful, clean, complete and very comfortable. We got everything that we need. It is so cozy and we feel safe there too.

The lift & the ramp made it accessible for my disabled husband.
Great location, spotelssley clean and beautifully furnished. The suite was spacious and comfortable.
Fans in the bedrooms would help move the air coming in from the high opening windows.
