Pros:

Compact value for money property in a calm, good neighborhood of Ikebukuro

Cons:

Could have had a shade over the front door, during rains there surely is a problem now of managing entry/exit, especially while moving your luggage in/out
Wifi was unstable on many occasions during our 10 day stay

The apartment was really nice, good location, close to train stations, quite neighborhood

Cons:

We were missing hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels.

Convenient, clean & new, good location for a very fair price !
Pros:

Very good location in a quiet residential area not far from animated Ikebukuro, very clean and new with enough space to have dinner and wash clothes. Only the downy covers were a bit small (just the size of the beds) and a TV could have been nice to have.

Cons:

No real negative points
