hôtel sans charme, au bord d'une route rapide, pas d'isolation, chambre bruyante, sol collant, lits de mauvaise qualité.
service client au tel et en ligne incompétent, et le personnel de la réception est manifestement forme pour arnaquer les clients en leur surchargeant une nuit d'hôtel. n'attendez pas de service client de leur part.
ne prenez pas la navette aéroport qui ne passe qu'une fois par heure et qu'ils facturent à 10$ par personne, il y a un bus local qui passe toutes les 15 min devant l'hôtel et fait le même trajet pour 1.75$.

-Una pared estaba manchada parecía como sangre.
-Cobran estacionamiento.

It's a motel 6 not suites they just change the name. The room as you walked and all the time we where there it smelled idk if like mold or what but it had a bad smell. And all adults have to have ID or they cancel you/kick you out. The room they gave us by the highway so didn't sleep

Nothing I didn't like the hotel equals in value of how much I spent

For my First booking which didnt sent the review request. They should have a atleast flexible check-in option especially for those bookings who have been prepaid in full ahead of my check-in date. It was already charged to the account and they should remove the partner offer out of their site since they are scamming the guest. Those partner offer company are not responding to the reports that has been sent to them. They took over $1400+ and the hotel took a day fee which is fine because i arrived a day late due to canceled flights and longer flight schedule available but the rest of the money wasnt return because of the uncooperative of that so-called partner offer. Hotel manager was helpful to explain and accept to waive the one day fee with the app agent yet the agents mention they need the partner to respond. Up until now, that so-called partner company connected with them hasn't responded to any of my reports.

Staff member that checked me in didn't give me a parking pass after I paid for it. Then later I received a call to come to the front and get it, which I did. Then later I got a call from a person claiming to be the manager being rude over the parking pass and telling me not to lose it again. I explained I never got one during the check in then the manager told me yes I did and he confirmed it with the person that checked me in. Other things I didn't like, you have to pay for parking, rooms on the back side of the building has no noise barrier and it's loud since the freeway is right there.

I didn't like how the second day, my access card wasn't allowing me to go up the elevator, therefore causing an inconvenience. Staff did activate card. But no excuse was given why that has occurred and no proper apology was given. In addition to my vist, noticed the Wifi wasn't no longer working, because obviously the wifi code commonly changes. Had to call the front desk for a NEW code for access. Been in multiple hotels around the world, and have never had that issue.

Swimming pool was closed all the 4 days we were there. We chose this hotel for the pool.
