Have stayed before , it’s good value but has so much potential!!!!
Pros:

The location is excellent and the room with pool access is a good price

Cons:

Rooms are needing maintenance ( door struggling to open and close and room is dull)
No creamer for coffee … we asked twice for creamer … most western/ European tourists would need creamer but none available .
Would love to eat breakfast there but no restaurant onsite …. Well what is there appears to be unwelcoming and you are feeling like you shouldn’t go in

The staff were amazing. They couldn't help you more.. Tini the manager was so good.. All staff were friendly and approachable. One of the best stays in bali.

Ari staff member absolutely amazing, very helpful and funny
Pros:

Loved being able to step outside my door into the pool. Very close to Garlic Lane. Fat chow great food lunch and dinner. Jackfruit amazing breakfast and coffee! Both directly outside the accomodation and well priced.

Great location central to Kuta and Seminyak.
Pros:

The location was great. It was set back on the land, which meant you didn’t hear the constant noise from the Main Street.

Cons:

No breakfast included, but that is no real issue.

Such a beautiful trip we had and was a great stay at The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel and Suites
Pros:

I was very impressed on my stay at The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel and Suites. I asked the staff if they could help me surprise my girlfriend who had a special milestone Birthday whilst we stayed there. They helped by decorating our room and went above and beyond in making it look so nice and beautiful. My girlfriend was so happy with everything they did to make her happy on her birthday. The staff did way more then what I asked and very quick to help me out when I asked if they could help. Such a lovely stay we had and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
