Outstanding
Pros:

We were in the pool access room and it was amazing to be able to access the pool from you own porch area. The room was very spacious with plenty of space to live out of your suitcase.

Cons:

The Water noise from the pool fountains made it hard to hear when chatting in the pool, but wasn't really an issue.

Love this place!
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I keep returning. Great rooms, lovely pool and friendly staff. Very clean and well located. The restaurant Jackfruit out the front is fantastic.

Cons:

There is a rooster nearby who started crowing at 3.30am every morning. It was non stop until 5.30am. If you’re noise sensitive, this may bother you.

A great little place with private pool and wont break the bank!
Pros:

The location is really great, lots of wonderful restaurants, shopping and spa's within walking distance and the taxis are very easy to get a hold of if you need one.

Cons:

The room was quite basic and a little dated, but clean, comfortable and good value for money.

I could not speak highly enough of all the staff from reception to pool staff and house keeping you guys are amazing

Cons:

Water pressure in my room was a bit weak and had to run it a few minutes before hot water came through
When I had a guest visit the paperwork became embarrassing for myself and my guest when supplied with there identity card
Questions like purpose of visit is really not required.

Nice and relaxing place, feels safe and staff are amazing, close to everything you need.
Pros:

I liked the privacy of the suite with private pool. It was very relaxing. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming and friendly. The room was kept clean. I like how it is just off one of the main roads so close enough to get a bite to eat, do some shopping or get a massage and then it's a quick walk back to the hotel. I love the Jackfruit cafe which is so close by.

Cons:

The towels might need replacing but really, I liked everything.

Have been staying here for 24 years now & will return again soon.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful & always there to cater for your needs. The pool access was the best. Onto your open balcony & 3 steps down into the pool & a short swim to the swim up pool bar. Rooms were of good size & well appointed, with the King size bed & pillows very comfy. There is no better location, with all rooms far enough from the traffic noise & heaps of good restaurants within a short walk.
