Pros:

Parking was in a car park at the end of the street which was reasonably priced and only a few minutes walk to our venue.
On arrival the code supplied by Linda our host was put into the key safe and the keys were obtained easily.
On unlocking our door the first impression was how clean it was and it smelt clean and fresh.
A beautiful original fire place made a gorgeous feature in our room and a large television was above this.
A desk with a filter kettle and tea and coffee was supplied although we always take our own it was a lovely addition and bottled water was supplied.
Milk was available in a small kitchenette upstairs along with cereal and fruit at no extra cost.
A lovely feature was LED lights around the bedside tables, hair dryer and good black out curtains which kept the room dark.
A touch light vanity unit with the time on was in the bathroom, just wave your hand under and it comes on.
An hairdryer was in the wardrobe but I didn't test it as I had my own.
The location was brilliant, only a few minutes walk into the town.
We met Linda our host who is a lovely hard working lady and very pleasant to get along with. If we are ever in the area again we will not hesitate to stop there again. 10/10 thanks Tony & Paula x

Everything matched how things were in reality; clean, well-prepared room with a hairdryer, hygiene products, tea&coffee stuff (including the kettle) + cleaning products for plates and cutlery. There were hangers in the wardrobe as well, me and my partner both managed to hang our formal clothes. Additional blankets were a nice surprise for us. Plenty of plates and cutlery in the kitchenette, as well as different oats options and fresh fruits. Microwave and fridge are in order.
We will definitely stay here again when in Boston, as the place is located close to the city centre and has ASDA in 10-minutes-long walking distance, including other useful facilities as barbershops, pizza-places etc.

Cons:

Everything was great; the only improvement I can think about would have been adding 1 or 2 small towels to the 2 big ones.
