Fabulous stay
Pros:

Linda was so very welcoming.
The room was well appointed. The kitchenette was fantastic

The road outside was noisy at times. It needs traffic calming but that's up to the council

Inexpensive accommodation close to the centre of town
Pros:

Really good location - 5 minute walk from the centre of town, but extremely peaceful.
A very nice couple running the place.
Comfortable mattress (I'm very fussy about my mattresses!!)

Nice overnight stay
Pros:

Easy walk into town. Exceeded expectations for price. Quiet and slept well. Lots of nice extra touches

Cons:

Car park head height restriction no good if in van. Not a problem for me as parked on street with blue badge. Cups needed a scrub

Great location nice modern room . Everything you need .

Cons:

We booked this because check in time supposed to be at 2.30 . No news at all with check in instructions. Had to ring the owner only to be told it's gonna be another 40 min . We had event booked , needed a quick shower and change of clothes so it was very inconvenient. No communication prior at all to say it's gonna be late. Unprofessional
