Une endroit calme et tout neuf. C'est un appartement : 1 chambre, 1 piece à vivre avec kitchenette. On est autonome...Très sympa car facile de trouver à manger alentour ou de commander via une application. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'équipe est sympathique, très à l'écoute et efficace. Il y a une piscine, bien entretenue. A 10 mn à pied de Colva Beach. Possibilité de louer des scooters... Bref ça vaut le coup, en particuller pour rester quelques jours.

What a lovely hotel! The staff are fantastic. They can't do enough for you and are incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean, cool and pleasant. A huge bed with a very comfortable mattress. The pool is warm and surrounded by a spotlessly clean tiled area. The hotel has a very quiet ambience, which absolutely suited us. Walking distance from the beach and the village of Colva with its local produce and at least one excellent restaurant/bar. Highly recommended and we would happily revisit.

Отличный отель. Современный и новый. Все чисто. Персонал на ресепшене отзывчивый и всегда реагировал на просьбы и помогал решить проблемы. Просторная комната, удобная кровать. Балкон. Есть бассейн в котором можно плавать.

Great staff & best shower we’ve experienced in our three weeks in Goa, ad we’ve moved north to south every few days.
It is a fair distance from the beach but we live walking, and the hotel is set in a quiet residential area which suited us very well

Lugnt läge. Mycket yta för pengarna. Nybyggt fräscht. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Fin pool.

Good breakfast options. Very friendly staff who had no issue helping us out with any request.

We stayed at Lykke Suites in a deluxe room and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a smart TV that had Netflix and YouTube, plus very fast Wi-Fi.

The balcony view was beautiful, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. The whole place had a calm, almost meditative atmosphere in very quiet surroundings.

It is about a 1-mile walk to the beachfront, which was easy, pleasant, and enjoyable.

Breakfast was definitely worth the extra money, with plenty of good options. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for an extra night.

Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

I think this is a new ish property so things will hopefully improve with time.
The staff were lovely and friendly.

Checking in could have been smoother as there was no one at the front desk upon my arrival on my first visit here. The cleaner boy tried his best. He took me to a room but I requested to be moved to a different room as this room was on the ground floor where people can walk right by the windows... so no privacy.

After some calls, he took me up 1 floor to another room.
The room was great but I had to wait for him to make the bed, finish cleaning, put all the dishes from the last guest away, and bring water bottles & towels.

Second time staying there was front desk staff, but again I had to ask for Water.

The room itself has a comfy bed. But the pillows are too thick for my liking. Great shower with plenty of hot water once it finally arrives. It takes some time. Towel rack broken. Shower taps broken as well.

There's A/C in the bedroom only. So if it was a very warm time of the year, the main room and kitchen area would be too hot for me. This was the case on my 2nd and recent visit here. Way too hot without A/C, so only the bedroom was usable.

I would however recommend a room as far from the pool as possible as the noise from people using it was very disturbing. I was woken at 8 am by a yelling little girl..

Again I was given only a shower towel. No hand towels. No face towels. No towels for the kitchen.

The area was beautifully quiet :-)

The reply to my last review by the property said they'd try to fix what I suggested... but nothing has changed. It reads like AI wrote the reply. I'm not sure I'll stay again. Especially during hot weather.

We stayed here during Christmas season and we had a very good time. This stay is very near to Colva beach and is very calm and cozy place. This stay is highly recommended for those who want to have calm and peaceful experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can get in touch with reception staff for any scooter/car rentals and also for any airport cabs. They have very good contacts for reasonable prices. Also, you can avail swiggy/zomato/zepto/blinkit services at this location.
