Pros:

We arrived early before our checking time. Staff were friendly told us we could wait in the bar till check in. Bar area very spacious clean. Upon check in was asked if we need late check out which we declined as we didn't need. Staff very helpful was show to our room. Room was basic but great for our one night stay. Very clean room was warm, bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

Pros:

Met and greeted on arrival, shown to our room. Very spacious rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Great touch to have a kettle and hot drink facilities in our room too.

Cons:

Shower pressure wasn't the best and water took a while to heat up.

Mostly very good and enjoyable
Pros:

Daniel was great, very helpful. Room was nice and warm and clean. Overall very good, just a couple of suggestions for improvement.

Cons:

The rooms were not numbered so I had to remember its location, this could easily be fixed. There was a long hanging mirror over the bathroom door which banged against it when opened and closed. The mirror should be fastened to the door or a wall in our opinion. The small bathroom mirror had a stain on it that looked like cleaning product which we couldn't get off, although it was still useable.

Highly recommend all this hotel has to offer.
Pros:

Everything was so lovely, and peaceful. We’d come to Blackpool for a concert at the Opera House and had been a little worried about finding good, not rowdy, accommodation. The service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for the young man who welcomed us, throughout our stay, and right up to ordering us a priority taxi to the train station. Really highly recommend this place. All food is freshly prepared too, it’s the added touches that make a place special.
