the 2 A/C worked well. they provide towels, and cooking pans and equipment- but no dish soap or sponges. the pans were scratched but still worked fine. the bed is hard but still pretty comfortable. the pool was too cold to use during our time but is a nice feature, the gym is small and minor but still nice feature as well. the shower has 2 different shower heads and that was pretty good- hot water only lasts ~10 minutes.
the desk staff we met were pretty nice.
location is good along nice street with lots of good food around the corner.
staff is always on site, in the middle of the night they are usually sleeping on the couch.
4th floor, room 401– we were abruptly awakened daily at 630-700am with construction crew outside our windows jackhammering and banging loudly for 2 weeks straight until around 3-4PM. the shade in the bathroom didn’t close all the way so they could see inside to us(see photos) when using the toilet in the morning. we believe the cleaning staff also took money from our belongings, but of course we couldn’t prove it; the owner asked the cleaning crew who said they did not. but i saw the money before leaving. the safe didn’t work so we had to have staff come and reset it with master key. the staff makes you wait to check your room before check out- and to us, they brought up regular wear and tear (minor stains on bed sheets), but then said we didn’t have to pay. so not sure why to bring it up then.
although i understand construction is out of your control; Please, perhaps prioritize long term guests with rooms that will not have disturbances of daily construction going on.
i didn’t feel safe allowing cleaning crew to clean my room after the money incident, so we missed out on daily fresh water and coffee- would’ve been nice for them to just place outside the bedroom door.
The room is very big, and the balcony was nice. Washing machine worked well.
This is a picky comment, but I had to ask for small towels for the bathroom. They only provide two bath towels, nothing else. No kitchen towels, no pool towels, etc.

Staff were verry welcoming and helpful, room staff courteous and made the room up daily a bit of a walk to the beach quiet room with minimal constru tion noise otherwise i had a great stay
Nothing my first time to Vietnam so not expe ting the Ritz treatment, for the price who's gonna complain?

Preis-Leistung -Verhältnis passt. Viele sehr gute Restaurants und Imbissbuden in der direkten Umgebung.Appartement recht groß, ausreichend für 4 Personen.
Das eine Zimmer des Appartements hatte ein Fenster Richtung Flur von Hotel. D.h. dieses Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht.
Geräuschpegel war dem entsprechend hoch.
Pool und Gym klein aber besser wie gar nicht.. Zimmerservice kam nicht jeden Tag.
