struttura fantastica, staff molto bene all arrivo meno bene alla partenza, colazioni molto buone, ottima posizione, fuori stagione prezzi veramente ottimi, ristorante ottimamente collegato

Cons:

purtroppo la camera non è all altezza della struttura.. il materasso duro come il marmo, la tv posizionata con lo schermo verso armadio e non verso letto, bagno nella norma

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde, elegante, ricca di dettagli incantevoli. Camere dotate di ogni comfort, pulite e spaziose. Colazione abbastanza varia e ricca. Accoglienza calorosa.

Cons:

La doccia non era dotata di doccino, un piccolo dettaglio che potrebbe rendere il momento doccia ancora più comodo e confortevole.

La receptionist notturna non comprendeva l'italiano e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a farci capire in un paio di occasioni.

Camere per nulla insonorizzate.

Super nice hotel, perfect for enjoying Firenze

Cons:

The first room we got had a strong cigarette smell. After the first night, we complained and got a new room which smelled very nice.

Pros:

Antica villa con un ampio parco, una bella piscina. Le stanze sono ampie con bellissimi soffitti a cassettoni. La struttura è adatta ad un soggiorno romantico, a cerimonie e meeting.
