Quiet n spacious
It was very well located with the underground 5 minutes away and a lot of nice restaurants.
It wasn’t really like on the picture but we had a lower ground room so I understand.
The bedroom itself was nice enough. The kitchenette was very basic but enough for our needs. The room and bathroom were very clean. The luggage storage room was very useful.
The room had no window as it was a lower ground floor. We had a fire escape door which was the only way to allow some cool air in during the heatwave. We were left a fan which helped a bit but, for the price of the room, its poor not to have a window and I couldn't recommend this place based on that fact.
The room was clean and well appointed. It was small, but did everything we needed.
Staff contacted us regularly, and responded quickly to queries.
As there was no breakfast on the property having a linked cafe was a great idea, and it was very good.
The room was on the 3rd floor of a walk-up. It was fine for us, but we hadn't known this in advance, and would not have suited someone with limited mobility.
Easy access, location, peaceful place. Nice apartment. Tube and stations nearby.
During summer it was very warm inside
The location of the apartment was great being right near a bus stop and tube, both walking distance. The size of the room was very generous but would have been tight for two people. Shower a little small and leg room in one bathroom was small.
Being summer the rooms were VERY hot and only one tiny fan was provided. Rooms would benefit from ceiling fan or aircon in summer. Street noice on the weekend would be very loud but luckily I only stayed a Sunday to Thursday.
Entry system and customer support was excellent. Room well equipped.
During times of warm weather the room was far too warm.
Great room size and facility. Seems renovated quite soon and was one of the best value for money places I've been to.
Has toiletry in the shower as in a renouned hotel. Although it was a busy street room with closed windows it was really quiet. Provided fan for warm days, could have been better for cooling the whole room but we hit a hot wave of weather anyway.
There's a gym downstairs you can use. Although small it's great to hit a quick workout.
In June last floor it was quite hot even with open windows and a fan running. Survivable but that was just our experience and circumstances.
Also great to have kitchen but was missing dishwasher soap to wash the dishes. Same with a soap in the bathroom.
All small things that should be easy to improve.
Excellent location - Earl's Court Underground and the coach station are 5 minutes away. Enough shops and a few pubs in the neat and rather quiet neighborhood. Quick and easy automated system for entering and check in (no need for cards, keys etc.), helpful and responsive staff via WhatsApp.
Steep and narrow staircase without the elevator might be a problem if you carry big luggage or you are not fit enough to climb (depending which of the three floors your room is on).
Location was good, walking distance to metro, bus stops, Tesco. In a place that looked like a housing area, quiet with lots of green space. Halal food around. The room had a mini kitchen with plates, bowls, glasses, knife, cups, coffee, tea, and a coffee strainer pot. Mini kitchen sink, microwave, and water boiler. Washroom had an enclosure that kept the water in the shower area and away from the sink and toilet. I was at the first floor, facing the garden, very few people walked by so it wasn't uncomfortable to leave the shades open for sunlight to come in. At night it did feel stuffy, luckily there was a mini fan provided that helped with circulation.
I am 160cm and felt the shower space was on the snug side. For anyone taller, suggest to leave the shower doors open. You will have a wet toilet but more space to move in the shower.
Room was clean as it should be. Location was also very good with easy transfer from Heathrow T2 to Earl's Court Underground station with Piccadilly line which is located just few hundred meters from the hotel.
To pass through the main door you have to press pass code at the entrance but that unit is not 100% functional and some digits do not work as they should (like "2" fo example) so it is really anoyng when you have to try to get inside with a pass code for 5 times. It is just a question of time when it will stop to work and when guests will stay outside on the street. Second even more idiotic thing is that you have to walk from door to door on all floors to find which room is "yours" when you get inside for the first time, by trying to open all doors with some "app-key" and shortly blinking green light. After first time each and every time the only way to get in to the room is to use that application on your "smartphone" but what happens when you are out of the battery or in similar situations!? In short THAT APP-KEY DOWNGRADES SERVICE, it is beneficial only for the property owners and NOT RECOMENDED!
Also note that property still has 19th century single layer glass windows which does not stop noise from the street under the window at all. During cold period for sure it does not block cold air from entering the space. There were 2 PLASTIC STICKERS on the door of the room about "enviromental things" which makes all look even more ridicilous.
Also it would be wise and normal (not new normal) to add recycling bins downstairs in the corridor (plastic/metal/glass/paper).
Internet and shower were good!
The ventilation didn't work and it was very hot at night!
Nice breakfast at the close caffee.
We did not received the booked/promised quiet room with the window to the garden for three but we had two rooms instead - one quiet and the second one with the window to the noisy street - almost not possible to sleep for four nights.
Besides - we were promised to receive cash back for the last breakfast because we were not having it - no money received up to now even if reminded several times.
Clean and fresh with really good standard.Family room with one double room and one single bed .Beds är very comfortable.Nice area close to many shops and underground.Breakfast included and it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Offered at a nearby cafe with 15 gbp per day to choose from the whole menu.Fabulous!Would come back any day.10 out of 10!
Bathroom a bit to small for 3 adults.App is good and really good service but needs a little refining.
The location was good. I didn’t meet them but the customer service person who helped me was great.
There was no AC and since it was hot we had to open the window and there was no screen so we got some flying bugs. The room was WAY smaller than shown in pictures.
