Stay was fantastic but calls if picked on can make it admirable

Disappointed
Pros:

The front facade

Cons:

The service was terrible for the price paid and way below average. The lobby to the rooms were smelly. Its only the front facade that is appealing, the rooms were no where close to luxury. The aircon was noisy and there was no acoustics into the room.

Breakfast was average. Tea and coffee were not served on time even after multiple requests.

Too expensive for what you get
Pros:

Beautiful building, dinner and breakfast was good

Cons:

We had to ask for a room change as bathroom wasnt clean. We were on the ground floor and there are quite some stairs to get to the room - for elderly people who cant walk it is not convenient. Christmas eve dinner was compulsory and was super expensive. It wasn’t obvious when i made the booking
