"Engaños, mal trato y cobros indebidos — una pésima experiencia"

Cons:

Pésima experiencia desde que llegamos. No respetaron el precio ni el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado por Booking. La reserva indicaba claramente qué habitación habíamos pagado, pero nos asignaron otra totalmente distinta, con excusas baratas y pretextos absurdos, intentando cobrarnos cuotas adicionales.

La atención fue grosera y poco profesional. En especial la señora encargada de la limpieza, que fue extremadamente maleducada. El único trato decente lo recibimos del señor que nos recibió al llegar.

Para colmo, nos propusieron cancelar la reservación en Booking y pagar directamente con ellos una tarifa “especial”, como si fuera una trampa para sacarnos más dinero por fuera de la plataforma. Todo se sintió engañoso, informal y fuera de lugar.

Y por si fuera poco, al momento de partir nos pidieron dinero extra por una razón ridícula, incluso cuando ya se había pagado el late checkout. La señora de la limpieza y la mujer que atiende el número de recepción se pusieron en un plan terco, grosero y bastante desagradable, insistiendo sin razón y haciéndonos perder tiempo.

No volvería ni lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Si buscan un lugar serio, transparente y con un mínimo de respeto al cliente, este no es el lugar.

Great place to visit
Pros:

I liked the location and the help the team provided.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't agree on is that they had agreed that I would leave halfway due to allergy of insects after I scaled to the top of the mountain. But then the lady decided I wouldn't get any refund at all. I found that to be disingenuous.
