Pros:

Gute Lage in Shanghai. mitten an der Einkaufsmeile und zentral. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Verschiebe Dinge vielen wären meines Aufenthaltes aus. Erst der Stom für mein Zimmer, dann die Klimaanlage, dann setzte sich der Sichheitsverschluss der Zimmertür fest, so dass ich Nichtbeachtung aus dem Zimmer kam.

4 von 5 Tagen war in der Übersicht fürs Frühstück mein Zimmer nicht vermerkt und jeden Tag musste ich die Buchung vorzeitig, dass ich Frühstück mitgebracht hatte. Dieses geschah immer mit einem Vorwurf, als wenn ich mir das Frühstück erschleichen wollte.

Das Zimmer wird nie vor 17 Uhr gemacht. Gerade in der Zeit in der man sich zwischen Ausflug und Abendessen nochmal ausruhen möchte.

Good location. Comfortable bed.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to metro. Bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Arrived early in the morning. Understood check in is not until 1-2pm. Got back to check in at 9pm and was told the room was not yet clean/ready. This was disappointing and shocking but they mediated by offering a free upgrade.

Pros:

Close to 2 metro lines, staff friendly, serving free tea/water.

Cons:

Room small and bathroom needs a proper clean. Black mold on the grout.

Atour is good chain hotel but make sure you know which one you selected because there are many Atour
Pros:

Location is superb for shopping. Foodie will also likes this location. It’s convenient using subway. I think take buses are also convenient.

Cons:

Need to select the right room to be comfortable. If you select 20m2 with window, you are good

숙소 위치가 가장 만족스러웠음. 영어로 대화하기는 어려웠으나 영어를 말하는 직원이 있어 해당 직원이 있을 때는 문제 해결하기가 매우 수월했음. 번역기를 이용하여 대화하는 데 많이 불편하지는 않았음. 불편한 점을 이야기하면 바로 바로 해결해 주어 머무는 동안 많은 도움이 되었음. 직원들의 서비스 제공에 만족함.

Cons:

4인용 숙박을 예약했으나 3인용 숙소가 제공되어 조금 불편했음. 예약시에 침대 크기를 확인하는 것이 도움될 것 같음.
