Comfy, easy to use, friendly staff
Pros:

Good location, really friendly staff, great female bathrooms with plenty of toilets and shower cubicles. The bed in the capsule was comfy, and the locking system per “dorm room” and per capsule was really easy to use. I didn’t get too hot in the capsule, despite it being mid 20 degrees C outside.

Cons:

Despite having lots of lockers, at least 10% of them were broken. This meant some of us had to leave our suitcases in our dorm corridors, as the capsules are too small to store anything more than a day rucksack when you want to sleep in them.

For my 1st Stay in a "Capsule" Accommodation, it was Ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was Excellent & Good Variety.

Cons:

I found my Capsule Accommodation Room was Very Hot & I Believe a bit better Room Cooling is Required.
I Noticed that a Lot of other Guests, used the Bathmats as Extra Towels, which I think is Unfair to the "Capsule Hotel". Perhaps another Type of Shower Mats etc. would stop this??

Nice small space!
Pros:

I loved how clean and themed everything was. The different movie themes was very sweet! I enjoyed the staff and the bathroom facilities were pretty.

Cons:

When you closed the Capsule door it tended to get a bit hot in the room. But besides that everything was nice.

Das Hotel ist klasse, doch das Personal sollte mindestens einen Check in auf deutsch führen können.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr ausser gewöhnlich, da Ich noch nie zu vor in einer Kapsel geschlafen. Es überrascht wie gemütlich die kapseln doch sind und wie gut man dort schlafen kann. Man hatte zwar keine eigenen duschen, doch es wirkte mir sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Was ich sehr enttäuschend fand, war das ich in mitten der innen Schweiz war, und der Rezeptionist nur englisch konnte. Ausserdem wurde mir telefonisch gesagt dass man früher einchecken kann doch das stimmte nicht (Lage 4 stunden auf einem Sofa in der Lounge).
