Pros:

Great staff, clean facilities and excellent location.

Cons:

The breakfast should be better and more diverse. The capsule is extremely hot, as if you are in a microwave 😅

Izvrsno iskustvo i odlična lokacija.
Pros:

Boravak u Capsule Hotel Lucerne Old Town bio je još jedno izvrsno iskustvo. Lokacija je izvrsna – samo desetak minuta hoda do željezničkog kolodvora, odakle se lako može krenuti prema bilo kojem odredištu. Posebno mi se svidjela cijela ideja kapsula i vrlo promišljeno uređenje interijera. Iako je prostor kapsule malen, od svega nekoliko kvadratnih metara, pruža iznenađujuću razinu udobnosti – krevet je udoban, postoji utičnica za punjenje uređaja, rasvjeta se može prilagoditi vlastitim potrebama, a tijekom noći nije bilo buke. Nisam koristila doručak jer sam se odjavila vrlo rano ujutro (u 5:30), prije početka posluživanja, ali prema onome što sam vidjela da se nudi, vjerujem da je kvalitetan, a cijene su prihvatljive za švicarske prilike. Sveukupno, vrlo zanimljivo i ugodno iskustvo koje bih rado ponovila. Osoblje za pohvalu.

Cons:

Sve mi se svidjelo. Smještaj je vrlo dobro osmišljen, čist i udoban, a koncept kapsula pruža jedno posebno i zanimljivo iskustvo. Lokacija je izvrsna, a osoblje ljubazno i profesionalno. Rado bih se ponovno vratila.

如果有机会再来琉森，我还会选择这里。
Pros:

非常干净，比我想象中要好太多。胶囊里可以挂东西，床与镜子间有缝隙可以放下包。卫生间和浴室每天都有人打扫，总是香香的，也没有遇到需要排队使用的情况。通风不错，不会觉得憋气，而且在欧洲24小时提供舒适冷气的含金量自是不必多说了，有看到员工清理排风通道。地理位置十分优越，旁边就有lidl和coop，还有美味中餐厅调节口味😋。公共区域很大，冰水、气泡水畅饮，工作人员都很友善。相信之后回忆起这次旅行，在这家酒店的体验一定会让我念念不忘。

Cons:

隔音几乎没有，虽然入住时送了耳塞，但像有人讲话、咳嗽（虽然这点真没办法，但对于其他人真的很困扰）、开关门、收拾东西等声音还是难以掩盖，即使酒店贴了很多提示，但24小时都会有这些声音，我本人睡眠质量可以说是非常好的程度，每晚都会醒3次以上。瑕不掩瑜吧，除此之外其它方面都非常棒。

总体都不错，大于很多胶囊旅馆

Cons:

洗澡的时候，水突然会变烫，突然会冰冷，反复跳了很多次，这是唯一一个不太好的体验，剩下的都没什么
