Pros:

The hotel was really nice, everything was clean, they made my room everyday & even provided TV. The location is a bit away from the city but I enjoyed my stay here at Moskva.

Cons:

Everything was great, no complaints. I would just suggest to follow ur check out time strictly of 12 pm

Disgusting, filled with mold, noisy machinery in the hotel at night.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, and room size was ok for the price.

Cons:

Hygiene was really bad. I dont think the floors and walls have been cleaned with water for at least 2 years. Grease spots everywhere. Also the wardrobe was filled with mold, disgusting. Wouldn't be surprised if I got some infection from it.

They also have a water pump that activates only in the middle of the night, it is extremely loud. The staff didn't know how to turn it off, and just looked confused.

Pros:

Nice clean room, quiet location. Good value for the price.
Was charged for two water bottles (4 are provided,2 are free and 2 are not. I used all of them). It is stated in the book that I didn't read, but I suggest to make it clear at check-in what is included and what is not.
Otherwise I had a great stay, thank you.

Good value for money but far destination.
Pros:

A Few members of staff and the owner had great customer service and the room was spacious with fresh linen.

Cons:

The location is hard to commute to different parts of Vietnam and my room didn’t have any natural lighting.
