An absolute Gem
Pros:

Ambience , food , drinks, welcome everything was fabulous . Our first visit to Jersey and we hit on a winner. Loved the location, ease of transport, accessibility to beach . The staff were so welcoming & nothing was too much trouble - we will be back !

Lovely small hotel in great position
Pros:

Great position on Gorey Harbour. Lovely helpful reception staff. Attractive dining and bar areas and terrace. good food.

Cons:

We stayed during.a heatwave so probably not usually an issue, but our second floor bedroom was terribly hot such that it was almost impossible to sleep.
No wardrobe only a few hooks.
Shower over bath disappointing.

Jersey is cool - there's so much to see: castles, sea, and great restaurants. Thoroughly recommend!
Pros:

It was a local friendly hotel, great vibes, good food, super massage and yoga extras. And such a perfect positionm under teh castle :)

Good, but would be very good with some slight adjustments

Excellent location….very pretty harbour and very close to the bus stop
Excellent friendly and helpful staff
Very clean and smart
Absolutely superb breakfast
Good shower room

Cons:

Room very hot (didn’t stay during heatwave)…..a summer weight duvet needs to be provided…I asked for one, but apparently none available. Housekeeper kindly sourced us a large fan.
Nowhere for residents to go other than own room……would benefit from a residents’s lounge, especially as there is no garden.
Room not that large and yet very pricey.

Pros:

Tolle Lage vor der Burg, das Hotel überblickt den Hafen, Strand 10 min zu Fuß. Gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, man braucht kein Auto. Hervorragendes Frühstück, das Essen war in beiden Restaurants super. Die Besitzer und das gesamte Personal waren außergewöhnlich nett!
