Pros:

El personal fue extremadamente atento, valoramos mucho su ayuda con una pequeña emergencia médica que tuvimos.

Tout était parfait !
Nous sommes arrivés assez tard le soir aux alentours de 22h15, et nous avons quand même pu dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel à 22h30.
Nous avions réserver via la réception un vol en montgolfière pour le lendemain matin et c’était incroyable !
Superbe petit déjeuner.
Emplacements idéal à -5minutes à pieds du centre.
Le personnel était adorable, disponible pour toutes demande et s’assurent que nous passions un bon séjour.
Magnifique vue depuis le rooftop le matin pour admirer les vols en montgolfière au lever du soleil.
Nous avions réservé les transferts aller & retours avec la réception et tout c’est très bien passé.

Pros:

It looks like an awesome place

Cons:

Due to threats to a nearby American base, and orders by the US State Department for people in that office to evacuate, we did not feel comfortable traveling to this area. Though we cancelled weeks in advance we were not able to get even a partial refund. The no refund policy seems extreme and would make me avoid venues that have no refunds at all.

Номер заявлений 30 кВ м не відповідає дійсності .гучна музика так як на криші кафе було а наш номер в 2 метрах був.мало міста де посидіти.на території так як знизу ще один ресторан.

la ubicacion el desayuno y la cama muy comoda el servicio excelente las personas muy amables, el último día salíamos de noche nos guardaron el equipaje nos dejaron estar en la recepción nos ofrecieron tinto y hasta vino nos dieron

Отличный отель. Хороший, вкусный, разнообразный завтрак. Главное приходить не в последние пол часа, иначе многое съедают.
У нас так получилось, что нам повысили класс номера, поэтому отзыв будет про него.
Если ехать на шары, то очень рядом. Местоположение отличное.
Есть батареи!!! Были не в сезон и очень довольны отоплением. Номер большой и хорошо отапливался.
Заказывали трансфер с аэропорта 15€/чел. Говорят такси дорогое, а автобусы предки ходят с Кайсери в Гереме и трансфер проще.
Можно подняться в кафе над отелем и посмотреть шары.

Cons:

Музыка с кафе над отелем играет почти до 12 ночи.
На завтрак муторно идти через улицу. Немного запутались куда именно проходить.
Также мы бронировали экскурсию на шарах через отель. В назначенную дату был полёт отменен. Нам предложили другую компанию, но уже на 100€ дороже (было 150€ в марте), т.к. перед этим были несколько дней отмен и люди «накопились». Мест нам не хватило. Плюс начался апрель, а с него повышение цен.

Pros:

The room was beautifully appointed and decorated according to the "cave" theme.
Our flight on the day we were to leave was cancelled and the staff was happy to extend our use of the room......Staff very helpful & cheerful!!
Having a restaurant on site was great.

Really nice and pleasant stay in the heart of Göreme
Pros:

It’s nicely located, personnel are very helpful and open people, breakfast is tasty and good quality despite menu is not too various, the nice steakhouse restaurant is a part of hotel’s infrastructure, pets are allowed, the views from terrace and rooftop are really scenic
