Avoid staying any property with Arvind name in it

Cons:

So I booked this property last minute on booking.com. I got a confirmation and spoke to a gentleman whose contact appeared on the confirmation email. He shared the location as well and when I arrive at the property I was shocked to learn that there was no room available.
Avoid this Arvind chain at any cost. Not very professional people

Rooms are dirty as if the staff never clean it anytime.
Foul smell in the room all the time.
Variety of insects in bathroom
Hand wash and body wash bottles were not filled.
When we asked to fill it, the quality was bad.
Water Bottles were kept at the door.
Cushion covers and bedsheets are extremely filthy.
