Time in a Cave
Pros:

The stay and location was very good. The caretaker was caring and helpful.

Cons:

Going up the stairs. Seniors like me and my sisters had a hard time carrying up luggage while climbing up. The stairs were not even on the first flight. Iron and iron boards could have been provided for each room. Kettles should have been also provided instead of asking for it. TV channels were limited.

Dont stay here - the staffs and the owner not friendly - we booked and on the way from KLIA- We only to reach about 6am - till to end they refused to check and force me to cancel the booking and no refund given - when u book, it didnt state that check in only until 12am - so waste of money, waste of time - i am with family at 6am in the morning struggled to search for hotel

Good Customer Service
Pros:

I like the hospitality provided. As I'm a claustrophobic, I need a room that has a window . I made special request and to my surprise, the frontdesk lady gave me a triplet room due to none single room with window available. Good customer service!

Cons:

None that I could find. Its a standard clean 3 star hotel. Good enough for me.

Pros:

The hotel location is strategic, nearby got mamak stall, mart, laundry.

Cons:

The hotel can't accept check-in after 11pm. Difficult for night travellers.

The room toilet is not fully partitioned. Not hygienic.
