Gem of hotels
Pros:

I travel a lot and use many hotels but Jhelum one has been one of the best.
Nice and clean with highly trained staff,so polite and friendly.
I checked out the room service and was amazed with the response. I ordered food and it arrived within 10/15 mins and was served piping hot.
I love this place, I felt like a special guest at Jhelum One.
I would definitely be visiting again and I would recommend it to everyone.
Try it out for yourselves you won't regret it.
I've marked it as one of my favorites.

Cons:

Jhelum One hotel is 10/10.
Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like.
Come and go as you please the staff are there around the clock.
They carried my lungage out and helped me park when I arrived.
It's run professionally and everyone is well mannered.

Cheap hotel beds were not comfortable and as per price they were not upto mark inwas looking for luxury hotel but it was cheap hotel like streets no parking place Not suitable for family

just a warning and some advice rather than criticism - we stayed in room 102, which has very thin walls, so you can hear a lot; ear plugs should do the trick

Was a shock to see the building as to how poorly it was constructed.
Pros:

This hotel, is not for the foreign visitor or for the experience traveller who wants at least a half decent hotel. This so called hotel, would be best described as a very poor quality bed and breakfast, with rooms that partitions which have gaps in them so you can see daily light coming through the exterior walls....there is no glass in the windows, but plastic sheets held up metal bars so feels like you are on the street outside.

Cons:

Everything unfortunately....but staff were nice and polite at least, the office Manager spoke good English which helped in at least communicating.

Pros:

Best choice in jhelum. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a room with a queen-size bed which was comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to the market and many different food stalls. There is a new bus service which takes you close to the rohtas fort and has a stop not too far from the hotel.

Cons:

It was very cold in the room.

Best luxury place to stay in Jhelum. Professional and very friendly Staff, excellent Cleanliness etc
Pros:

I liked staff cooperation, very professional, Room cleanliness was outstanding, wifi was very high speed, I tried the room service speed for food, it was amazing at 3 am, quick staff, breakfast and food was very delicious. Air conditioning was very good. Hot water was available round the clock. It's a great value for money, because usually I didn't find so much facilities in this price bracket anywhere else. Bathroom was as clean as new. Beds were very comfortable.

We arrive and be told that the room we booked was too small so no problem we paid extra and got a double room which was fine but no door handle and the key didn’t work(the gentleman told us it does and opened it then later we went out and came back and door wasn’t opening so then he tried again this time couldn’t open smoothly.) he moved us to another room two singles on surface seemed ok but had insects and mosquitoes all over the place.We complained the Worker came sprayed some repellent and went but then more problems started occurring following morning. The electricity went down so no A/C or fan or lights! Luckily it happened in morning and we was awake.No windows to open no one having the decency to make us aware of situation.We went out all day came back late evening and still they hadn’t fixed anything with room being too hot no windows no fan or A/C.We complained but no one cared at all!it is not acceptable and wasn’t offered a explanation or apology or refund which in any other hotel would have been done! We was very disappointed the only person that explained was the security guy!We understand that electricity goes down but no apology or explanation or a manager to speak to!

Great value in great location!
Pros:

Great location with good restaurants nearby. Facilities are fantastic. I stayed in a small double room with a double bed, balcony and privat bathroom, awesome. The tv in the room has a stream service with all the channels you can think of, I even watched English premier league. Staff is wonderfully hospitable and helpful. Price is unbeatable. Best place I’ve stayed at in Pakistan so far. Highly recommend.
