Good Hotel and Bad Stay
Pros:

Newly built hotel it seems. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Lift facility available.

Cons:

Hot water facility. Hotel staff says they have solar system for hot water. We checked in around 10 pm after hectic site seeing throughout the day. Wanted to refresh with a hot water shower. Couldn't do so as the hotel staff says hot water is available only in the morning due to solar system.

Next day morning we wanted to check out early after taking bath. But there is no hot water even around 10 am as there seems to be a problem with solar system. We had to take cold water bath and check out.

For hotels, solar system for hot water is not advisable. There should be separate geyser for each room as guests have their own schedules while check in and check out.

Great and will be back if it continues to be kept well.
Pros:

Since it is a new property, it is being run and maintained well. The rooms and furnishings are all mostly new and the bathrooms are super clean. However, I hope they continue to be maintained like that. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The location was not as central as I had hoped but it still suited my needs well.

Pros:

Checking in was quick.
Rooms were spacious and ventilated. Well maintained.
Bed linen clean and neat. AC in working condition.

Cons:

No bill was given by the property or OYO or Booking.Com! I think I paid more than I should have.
No Wash-basin in one of the 2 rooms I booked on Booking.com. Only one not so great looking towel for 2 pax.
No Hot Water! No Tea provision. No Breakfast. Could not guide to nearest eating point.
Elevator did not have light.
