Other than location, Nothing is good.

Cons:

No cleanliness, Stinky smell in the rooms and bathrooms. Staff does not even know how to respond to the request. The worst part is that they didn't deliver the towels for almost half a day. We had to request them for multiple times for the towels.

Good location but need maintenance
Pros:

Location and price, the lobby and reception area. Room size was impressive.

Cons:

Allocated triple room 527 as booked but the exhaust fan button not working, and it was running all the time. It had rusty hangers for keeping towels. Had to follow up to get towels. We got the room changed to a double room 523 but we paid in advance for triple room. No refunds for the difference. The new room had an exhaust fan but not working. The glass panel in the bathroom has scale deposits that look ugly. Overall need maintenance/repairs to small things.

Not satisfied to leave here.
Pros:

No value for money The staff was good but the room was not comfortable The washroom was not good, the washroom amenity was not provided like towel shampoo and all that bed was not comfortable The location was good.

Still awaiting response from Booking .com , I have paid payment of food +Dinner +Breakfast but no facilities available also refund taken by your side . Stay cost was only 1500 to 2000 only of this 3rd class hotel . Pls refund my balance amount

Beware, even if you have confirmed booking, the hotel will cancel it!!!

Nothing at all

Cons:

WE booked 2 rooms months in advance and had a confirmation as well. To our surprise, when we reached at the hotel, they told us that they are sold out and they don't have any rooms available. When we tried to explain them about our confirmation they mentioned that we need to contact booking.com. We had luggage, kids, and it was late evening. We had no choice but to leave. We also noticed that the photos on booking.com is extremely misleading as the property is no where close to what it claims!!!
The hotel should be removed from booking.com.
The property didn't honor the confirmed reservation done through booking.com.

Pros:

If you are visiting Indore or nearby place, definitely try Hotel PTC. Peaceful stay, good staff behavior, and nice service. We will surely come again, special thanks to HM Lavkush, Sujit and Ariyan for making our stay so good!
