I forgot one more thing 1 they took a $20000 pesos or $1000 deposit for incidentals. Sotheby when I checked out my total spend was. $1480 pesos or $75 approximately.
I asked them to just apply it to my deposit and credit the difference like a normal hotel. I didn’t even think that was a questionable thing to say. They texted me and. Kind of yelled at me. I have the texts from them if you would like to see them.
The wanted to charge me again for the 1489 pesos even though they had my $20000 deposit. They did not want to ally my deposit to what I spent. They ended up doing it but they treated me like I was the bad guy first bit charging even more on my card.
The place was just very unprofessional the entire time. It did feel scammy there. Thanks for listening and I hope you take my review seriously! Have a good day!

Everything is very nice, and the staff is amazing. They are very kind and help you with everything. The style of the hotel is a perfect example of san miguel.
You really dont know when you reserve the in the app that the lofts that the hotel own are very far from the actual hotel. You do not get to enjoy the hotel unless you grab a taxi
The property is exquisite. Quiet, intimate and serene. And just a few minutes walk to everything.
The staff was attentive to our needs and the barman, Josue is a gem !

This small luxury hotel feels like an elegant home away from home. From the first time I saw Casa No Name I loved it. The ambience and the food are excellent. From the delicious breakfast on the patio to snacks on the rooftop bar. I loved the tuna tartare tostadas and wish I could have one right now. I thinks it’s my favorite hotel in which I have ever stayed.
No room service. I would have loved breakfast in my room.

The layout of the hotel is very quaint. It felt like home away from home. The food was great. The bar upstairs offers amazing cocktails. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit having a drink before we would venture out. The hotel was in walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in town.
I prefer to pay all in the end, as opposed to having to sign for any drink I would get at the bar, or for breakfast. But I guess this is their policy, which is fine. It was just a bit of a disturbance to have to sign as I would be on my way out each time.
