Very good, worth to stay but in hotel.
Pros:

Everything is very nice, and the staff is amazing. They are very kind and help you with everything. The style of the hotel is a perfect example of san miguel.

Cons:

You really dont know when you reserve the in the app that the lofts that the hotel own are very far from the actual hotel. You do not get to enjoy the hotel unless you grab a taxi

Great experience at a fabulous hotel.
Pros:

This small luxury hotel feels like an elegant home away from home. From the first time I saw Casa No Name I loved it. The ambience and the food are excellent. From the delicious breakfast on the patio to snacks on the rooftop bar. I loved the tuna tartare tostadas and wish I could have one right now. I thinks it’s my favorite hotel in which I have ever stayed.

Cons:

No room service. I would have loved breakfast in my room.

Cozy and luxurious
Pros:

The layout of the hotel is very quaint. It felt like home away from home. The food was great. The bar upstairs offers amazing cocktails. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit having a drink before we would venture out. The hotel was in walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go in town.

Cons:

I prefer to pay all in the end, as opposed to having to sign for any drink I would get at the bar, or for breakfast. But I guess this is their policy, which is fine. It was just a bit of a disturbance to have to sign as I would be on my way out each time.

Hotel lindo con historia pero el servicio, no muy bueno excepto por Elisa qué es excelente.

La casa es linda pero lo ofrecido no se cumplió

Cons:

El costo no se refleja en los servicios . Poco personal. La misma persona es mesero recepcionista y encargado de tienda.

Great location, beautiful property, friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent , very friendly staff, beautiful property. We felt very at home.

Cons:

Bed very, very hard, room very small. We reserved a “ loft style” accommodation, but what was not disclosed at time of booking is that the loft units are located at a totally different property several blocks away. We refused that property upon arrival and ended up staying at Casa no name, which is where we thought we were booking for originally.
