Exterior of building is very shabby. I thought it was an abandoned building when I first arrived. Part of the building is suffering subsidence!
Basement parking poorly lit. Did not feel secure.

Nice hotel, the reception staff and restaurant staff were great. The breakfast buffet was amazing and free.

Cons:

Didn’t like the location, not many restaurants or stores close by. Also the prices for the stay and restaurant (dinner) were more expensive than usual.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Both the receptionist and doorman were very helpful and supportive. The room was clean and confortable. The room I booked included breakfast, which was also good. However, the hotel was located a bit far from the city center of Ha Tinh and other tourist attractions.
