Pretty, but extremely loud and long call to prayers
Pros:

Basic, but clean and nice rooms, in very pretty grounds.

Cons:

The hotel is close to a mosque and had its own mini mosque on the grounds, meaning the call to prayers were the loudest and longest I’ve ever experienced. Felt like the speaker was in my room!
Also the breakfast, was the slowest I’ve experienced in many years. Took over 45 minutes for mie goreng despite being the only guests at that moment for breakfast!

Prima voor een nacht, vergeet niet het prachtige park met de reusachtige bomen te bezoeken dat ligt vlakbij op loopafstand.

Booked and prepaid, but no room available when I arrived
Cons:

I reserved a room and paid through booking.com few days before. When I arrived no one was there, just a bunch of guys hanging out. Then one of them called the owner who simply told me “I’m sorry, there’s no room available”. Never happened before and now I will wait for the refund… hopefully.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto la struttura per la vicinanza al porto e per la presenza del ristorante

Cons:

La pulizia della camera e le condizioni igieniche della struttura in genere sono altamente insufficienti: appena entrati in camera, abbiamo notato che il letto era sporco, come se fosse già stato usato per almeno 1 settimana, i cuscini marroni logori e le lenzuola tutte macchiate. Ho chiesto il cambio della biancheria ed è migliorata leggermente, anche se continuavano ad essere presenti delle macchie sulle nuove lenzuola. Il wc era aperto, con qualche macchia come nel lavandino.
Infine, a cena mentre aspettavamo i piatti, per ben 2 volte dei pipistrelli hanno defecato sul tavolo e sul pavimento vicino alla sedia, costringendoci per ben 2 volte a cambiare tavolo.
Il posto è carino, il giardino è bello, ma qualche cura in più dal punto di vista igienico e al dettaglio in generale sarebbe gradita

Super hôtel pour aller à sumbawa
Pros:

Vue sur la montagne, la gentillesse du personnel, chambre très propre, possibilité de nous amener au port qui est juste à côté , chambre grande et climatisée avec une terrasse, en face il y a l ocean , le parc de l hôtel avec des arbres centenaires
Excellent rapport qualité prix avec petit déjeuner en plus, possibilité de se restaurer

Super hôtel propre très bien pour se rendre aux îles Gili ou faire la croisière le propriétaire est très gentil et a l écoute toujours prêt a rendre service.

Wir haben gebucht, aber es war voll ausgebucht. Man hat uns Alternativen angeboten. Wir haben aber auf Booking eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Man hat uns freundlich zur anderen Unterkunft gefahren. Danke dafür.

Pros:

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est très propre les chambres sont spacieuse. Douche avec eau chaude et le repas est très bon ! Merci au gérant de l’hôtel qui est très gentil et très serviable

Pros:

Месторасположение шикарное, утро с видом на горы. 5 мин до парка деревьев великанов, 10 мин до порта переправы на Сумбава. Все хорошо, хотелось бы на завтрак по объемнее порции.

Unfassbar hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Chef. Ist immer erreichbar und arbeitet an einer Lösung. Tolles Essen im Rrstaurant. Schöne Veranda mit tollem Blick.

Cons:

Leichte Mängel, wie z.B. Ameisen im Zimmer. Unkonstanter Wasserdruck. Defekte Toilettenspülung.
