Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, muy limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas. Además, el servicio al cliente fue maravilloso; el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Pedí un lomito término 3/4, pero lamentablemente no fue servido en el punto solicitado. Además, el corte era excesivamente grueso, lo que afectó tanto la cocción como la textura de la carne. La experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas que tenía del restaurante del hotel. Espero que puedan mejorar el control de la cocción y la calidad de los cortes para brindar un mejor servicio a sus clientes.

An excellent upscale rainforest hotel experience!
Pros:

The landscaping was next level incredible. The check-in experience was phenomenal. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive. The vibe was absolutely perfect. It could be pouring down rain with thunder and I found myself enjoying it whether I was in my room/patio, the lobby, or the restaurant. Bottom line is I had high expectations due to the other reviews and relatively high price (with no refunds one week before arrival), and I have to say the hotel delivered. I recommend you stay at this hotel.

Cons:

The inconsistent speed serving morning breakfast is the only thing preventing me from giving the property a perfect 10. Half the time, the serving speed was fine but half the time, we had to wait longer than 30 minutes after ordering eggs to get our meal. This is even after telling the waiter we were in a hurry since we had to meet a morning tour shuttle. In those occasions, the restaurant wasn't busy so I'm not sure the cause of the slowness.

Hotel em meio à natureza, com muito conforto e um atendimento excelente
Pros:

O Noah's Forest é um hotel encantador, com um espaço lindo e muito bem integrado à natureza. Ficamos cercados por muito verde, vimos até bichos-preguiça e há um riozinho passando pela propriedade, o que torna o ambiente ainda mais especial. O silêncio e a tranquilidade do lugar são perfeitos para relaxar.

O atendimento da equipe foi excelente, com destaque para a Fernanda na recepção, que foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e prestativa.

O quarto é muito confortável e charmoso, e a hidromassagem ao ar livre é simplesmente espetacular. Foi uma experiência inesquecível

Great relaxing vacation
Pros:

Great place located in the forest in harmony with nature. Bungalows are finely designed and equipped with individual jaсuzzi. Nice public are with pool and billiards. Very supportive stuff.

Cons:

Bathroom door has no locking mechanism. Not really critical, the rest is perfect.

Pros:

Acomodação maravilhosa , espaçoso , confortável , muitas toalhas disponíveis no banheiro , shampoo, condicionador e sabonete disponíveis , quarto com armários a vontade para colocar seus pertences , luz clara , muito limpo .

Cons:

Meu secador parou de funcionar durante o uso , esquentava e parava e o box sai um pouco de água para fora e molha o piso

Gostei muito do conforto da cama, simpatia dos funcionários, vegetação ao redor.

Cons:

Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários, achei pouco efetivos na resolução de problemas. Um pouco enrolados e lentos. O menu é um pouco restrito, café da manhã não tem pão sem gluten.

Calidad, atención y un lugar soñado. Un lugar para volver
Pros:

El lugar es simplemente increíble y hermoso. La atención de Javier, Josué, Tatiana y Cristel fue excelente: siempre súper atentos y con una sonrisa. El desayuno es súper completo con muchas opciones para todos los gustos, y la comida del restaurante Gourmet nos encantó tanto que cenamos en el hotel todos los días. Es un lugar perfecto para quienes valoran la calidad y la buena atención en un entorno hermoso. Sin dudas volveremos el año que viene por más días.

La mejor experiencia de mi vida.
Pros:

El personal te trata con una amabilidad que es indescriptible. Son humildes, respetuosos. Es ese lugar que siempre quisieras repetir. Volvería cada ves que pudieras. La comida excepcional y las villas ni hablar. Lugar para desconectarse.

Cons:

Que no tiene gym, pero eso no es para todos y el hotel es para desconectar del día día.

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones, el silencio del lugar, el personal muy amable.
Un lugar limpio y amplio para descansar.
La piscina estaba un poco más caliente de lo normal, pero muy limpia y clara el agua.
