The hotel has an excellent location right next to the central station, which made everything very convenient. The room was clean and suitable for a short stay. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth.
Nothing major. Everything was fine for one night.

Very convenient to the train station. The staff were nice. The breakfast was a good standard spread of deli meat, bacon, eggs, yogurt, cheese, salad, and eggs. There's a room to store your luggage. Nice standard hotel.
The elevator was pretty slow, but I guess that's a minor issue. The luggage storage is do it yourself. They give you a key to put your luggage in a room. But I wasn't given a tag or something to identify myself so that I can pick up my luggage. Maybe the front desk just remembered who put their bags in or maybe it's worked off the honor system, either way it didn't seem secured.
Breakfast was just ok.
Next to the station for easier transportation
Taxis were immediately available.
Lots of hotels nearby.
Could have changed the food a little bit as lot of Pakistanis/Indians stayed.
Previously we used to get these from Excelsior hotel.
Near the station.
It was completely unsafe from the area to the inside. It was unclean, unfriendly, just completely scary as a young girl travelling alone for work to be honest. I needed a hotel near the station and yes it was but the area it’s located needs a warning for women in particular, I was sobbing by the time I even got to the hotel and the staff were rude and dismissive. He announced my room number out loud and the men behind me in reception were cat calling me and 100% heard the number which made me uneasy. The room was unclean and I booked to move asap and it wasn’t worth the risk for me. Didn’t take photos as I just wanted to get out asap but I regret it I should have take some.
Breakfast was good enough.
There is no parking space in front of the hotel to stop and unload the luggage from the car. The road is occupied solely by the taxi cars. There should be at least one parking space for the visitors.
