Wunderschönes Hotel mit Charme, sehr freundliches Personal und super Service

Cons:

Es gab Bettwanzen, nach einer Nacht war ich voller Bisse. Das ist sehr schade.

Charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Personal wirklich sehr freundlich, gute Lage und alles, was bisher auch positiv bewertet wurde. Klar ist es prima, sich ein, zwei Sachen aus einer kostennfreien Minibar zu gönnen oder im Foyer umsonst den Kaffee und kleine Snacks zu genießen. Und ja, es ist alt, aber das Haus atmet den Charme glanzvoller Zeiten, das ist wirklich schön, man fühlt sich in eine andere Epoche versetzt und es ist lobenswert, dass das zu erhalten versucht wird. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich für Frankfurt sehr überzeugend.

Cons:

Die Duscharmatur ist fast unerreichbar, wenn man nicht ins Wannenbad einsteigt - also zum Baden sehr ungünstig. Halb so wild. Was mich aber wirklich etwas geärgert hat ist, dass ich ausdrücklich schriftlich um ein Zimmer nicht zur Bahnhofsseite gebeten hatte, da ich per Dienstreise unterwegs war, hart arbeiten musste und dann den Schlaf brauchte. Dieser Wunsch wurde bestätigt, aber leider nicht berücksichtigt und ich hatte auch keine Zeit mehr, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bitten. Zur Bahnhofsseite ist es einfach laut...und das Hotel war nicht voll. Es wäre also möglich gwesen.

Very happy with my stay
Pros:

Location was across the road from the train station: perfect as I had a large suitcase. I found a side entrance by Track 1 to Mannheimer Str. which avoided stairs out of station: left turn then out of station and very short walk. I received a priority check-in text via WhatsApp a couple of hours before check in to save time. Staff were friendly, the room was quiet & spacious, clean and bright. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom had L’Occitane products ( lovely surprise). Fridge and kettle in room. I loved the high ceilings, chandeliers and large breakfast room, features from a grand old property.

Pros:

我是凌晨12:05分到达的，在路上耽误了错过了办理入住的时间，晚上11:30分给酒店打了电话告知了因为边境检查造成了延误，当时预估要迟到20分钟，前台大叔人很好，让我别着急，说会等我到达，这个特别感谢。酒店价格适中位置优越，房间也很不错，推荐。

ideal für eine Nacht, aber etwas sanierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Großartige Lage, denn die Gleise sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Tolles Ambiente mit hohen Räumen, da aus der Zeit von 1900. Es gibt noch Fenster zum Öffnen und glücklicherweise keine Klimaanlagen. Trotz der zentralen Lage hatte ich ein Zimmer, das halbwegs ruhig war.

Cons:

Es gab Schimmel in den Ecken und am Fenster und das hat mir nicht gefallen. Irgendein Geruchsstäbchen sollte das überdecken, aber das ist keine Lösung. Glücklicherweise konnte ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen, denn sonst hätte ich gar nicht geschlafen.

Wer eine passable Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht, ist hier richtig.
Pros:

Gefallen haben mir der Eingangsbereich, der an den großen Glanz der Vergangenheit erinnert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Gefallen hat mir, dass man sich tagsüber an einem Kaffeeautomaten bedienen kann. Es gab auch Wasser, Tee und etwas Gebäck. Auch die Getränke der Minibar waren kostenlos und wurden täglich nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Leider war die Mischbatterie in der Dusche undicht. Ein Abluss auf dem Boden des Bades war sehr verdreckt und wohl schon seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt.

Eine Oase der Ruhe direkt am Bahnhof. Unser Zimmer auf den Hinterhof war ruhig, sauber, stilvoll und komfortabel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Huone oli kooltaan noin puolet varauksessa mainitusta. Äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen niin käytävältä kuin ulkoa melko meluisina.
