Staff are very accomodating even though they didnt speak english well😅

Cons:

Lots of dust and not clean enough,their beddings have lots of stains and some guest are noisy specially early in the morning.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación sucia y por encima tenía un cabecero gigantesco que no estaba bien anclado a la pared, por lo que nos quejamos y accedieron a cambiarnos de habitación. Nos metieron en otra que no pudimos mirar bien ya que llegábamos tarde a una actividad por lo que dejamos las maletas rápido y marchamos. Cuando llegamos por la noche nos encontramos una habitación mucho más sucia que la anterior. El retrete tenía heces, el lavabo no tragaba, las sábanas y las toallas estaban sucias, el suelo lleno de pelos, el baño estaba lleno de moho… en fin. Nos quejamos de nuevo y nos cambiaron por tercera vez de habitación. La tercera era de lo mejor que nos dieron ya que solo tenía las sábanas sucias y la bañera estaba mal instalada, cuando te duchabas el agua se salía fuera.
Fue una experiencia lamentable y lo peor que no podíamos cambiar de hotel. El personal del hotel muy atento pero el encargad@ ni lo vimos, pedimos hablar con él y no dio la cara en ningún momento, se lo comió todo una chica que estaba en recepción que nos intentó solucionar en todo momento lo que ocurría.

Good for families who want a day at the poolside but besides that, it s just an average hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very noisy even during the night, with people playing and screaming. The rooms are hardly cleaned with mosquitos. The breakfast is heavy starch with limited fruit and vegetables options. The only positive is that the front desk staff are helpful.

The beds are comfortable

Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff, we were able to checkin early.

Pool was clean, room was small but ok. Shower had good pressure and nice hot water.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard and aircon wasn't very effective.

Great Bali trip considering last visit in Airbnb was horrible. Hotel flowed flawlessly.
Pros:

Agung and Angie was very pleasant, made our stay very enjoyable.
Staff was above and beyond for my wife bday bed decoration.

Cons:

Sliding door could not close tightly so mosquitoes could come in. But the staff provided tape to seal opening.
