Basis meiner Buchung war die Angabe, dass ich von 0:00 bis 0:00 Uhr sowohl ein- als auch auschecken kann, das wurde auch genau so in der App bestätigt. Beim Checkout kam die böse Überraschung: ich wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass ich ab 10:00 Uhr morgens aus dem Zimmer draußen sein muss, andernfalls müsse ich einen weiteren Tag bezahlen! Ich habe der Rezeptionistin meine Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt. Sie hat darauf nur mit einem kurzen "das stimmt so nicht" reagiert, da es überall üblich sei, um spätestens 10:00 zu verschwinden. Die Tatsache, dass ich zu dem Zeitpunkt krank war und nur noch auf die Abfahrt meines Zuges um 15:00 Uhr wartete, ließ die sehr unfreundliche Dame unbeeindruckt. Sehr schade, dass soetwas der letzte bleibende Eindruck bleiben wird. Fazit: Jupiter Guest House bedeutet soviel wie "glaube nicht daran, das zu bekommen, nur weil du es gebucht und bezahlt hast".
Die Duschen sind in einem äußerst mangelhaften Zustand. Nach der ersten Nacht musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, da die Dusche nur über entweder brennendheißes oder eiskaltes Wasser verfügte. Im nächsten Zimmer war dann sogar Duschen mit angenehm warmen Wasser möglich.
