Pros:

Nice property, I really liked the quiet room! We didn't hear any noise from the adjacent rooms and the beds were comfortable. Pleasant stay, would definitely recommend!

Good stay in new and clean facility
Pros:

Brand new facility.

Cons:

Interestingly, even though this was a new building, they did not voluntarily install grab handles in tub showers of regular rooms. I do not require an ADA compliant room, but I am getting to be “a certain age” and it might have been nice to have a bar especially because the tub was not shallow and it was a step to get in.

Hotel was nice, amenities were not
Pros:

Room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

Booked the hotel because they advertised a pool and with us having 3 small kids we were looking forward to utilizing the pool. The pool was closed the entire time and we never received a notification letting us know the pool was closed.

Nice hotel, Good location.
Pros:

Newer/modern hotel w/a good location to food/restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Parking lot and sidewalks were snow covered and hadn't looked like they were plowed. Walking from the parking lot to the entrance of the hotel was a challenge. Next morning, hallways and area near the elevators had large amounts of cracker crumbs/pizza crusts remains from that night, although it looked like housekeeping was just starting to cleanup as I was checking out. Hotel bar was unavailable and closed due to unruly guests the night before, manager's decision.
