Ena Hotel is located in a beautiful area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and offered a lovely view. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a beautiful Chabby-Chic decor and is very well maintained. The rooms were very clean and confortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great AC, considering the hot weather outside. Nice pool facilities. Great breakfast offering and staff assigned.
Being on a room on the first floor, by staircase and elevator, there was noise from reception and the staff of the hotel, during day-time. Sometimes was hard to rest in the afternoon.

Zona piscina sporca e con divani piene di escrementi di volatili.
Ascensore rotto.
Scarsa pulizia delle camere (addirittura federe sporche per le quali abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il cambio).
In sintesi spendete altrove i vostri soldi non è un 4 stelle.
Peraltro dopo aver rappresentato le mie lamentele il manager di turno ha continuato a scusarsi quando però direttamente e/o indirettamente (tramite servizio clienti Booking) abbiamo chiesto un minimo di compensazione per il disagio subito hanno spudoratamente negato.
VERGOGNA!!!
Questa volta sono insoddisfatto anche del servizio offerto dalla piattaforma Booking peraltro da me utilizzato da molti anni (si veda la mia qualifica di Genius livello 3) questa volta non è stato per nulla incisivo.
Dovreste (Booking) selezionare meglio i fornitori e le strutture.
Totalmente deluso!
The staff are invaluable and go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We wanted to celebrate a special occasion, and the restaurant staff made sure that everything was in place. Especially Sude, who took the extra mile to assist us every day during the stay!
The only thing that was difficult was not having a kettle in the room. So we had to order from the restaurant within the hotel or go out to get a hot drink.
