The location of Alua Soul Carolina is absolutely brilliant! It is truly right on the seafront, and the pool terrace is fantastic. The bay where the hotel is situated feels intimate and uncrowded. You never feel like you're in a packed tourist center; instead, you are right on the shores of a magical bay surrounded by nature.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and meets every need. I would especially like to highlight the beach bar staff—they were incredibly friendly and kind! Overall, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure guests had a great time.

Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!

Cons:

The only minor downside was the dinner selection, which was a bit limited, and the restaurant staff wasn't particularly friendly. However, everything else was so wonderful that it easily made up for this small detail.

Konumu çok iyiydi, odanın manzarası mükemmeldi personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, yemekler harikaydı.

Akşam yemeği sırasında servis yapan garsonlardan bir tanesi kaba davrandı, biz sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği dahil konaklama seçmiştik, akşam yemeği sırasında bir şarap aldık ve siyah saçlı orta yaşlı bir hanımefendi yanımıza gelerek bu içkilerin sadece all inclusive müşterilere ücretsiz olduğunu İspanyolca belirtti. İspanyolca bilmediğimiz ve İngilizce konuştuğumuz halde bize İspanyolca bu içkilerin ücretini ödememiz gerektiğini anlattı( biz bunu dili anlamasak da tavırlarından çıkarım yaptık) ve biz de problem olmadığını bu ücreti ödeyeceğimizi bildirdik fakat ne hanımefendi bizi anlıyordu ne de biz onu anlayabildik. Sonuç itibariyle zaten içkilerin ücretini ödeyecektik fakat yemek sırasında böyle bir olay olması canımızı sıktı.

Lovely property for the price. Don’t bother with the food and drink.
Pros:

Beautiful views. Plentiful free oarking. Great staff. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The food by and large was subpar. There was usually something decent to eat but overall I would have probably rather gotten meals off the property (as we did several times).

Very much a theme of Mallorca in general but the AC was not keeping up with the level of heat.

Les ascenseurs beaucoup trop lents pour le nombre d’étages et de personnes, ne pas pouvoir manger dehors car pas assez de place sur la terrasse au repas du soir, pas toujours les noms indiqués des aliments au buffet, les transats payants à la plage, les jus au petit dej

Bonitas vistas.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, las vistas espectaculares.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel sea un 4 estrellas con muy buena ubicación, la comida repetitiva para desayunar y poder hacerme una tostada con tomate resulta que no tienen ni tomate, muy encarado a los alemanes con espectáculos y todo, el horario de cena hasta las 21:30 la verdad que demasiado temprano.
La comida no nos hizo mucho todos los días comíamos pasta. Por lo menos el café está bueno.
Fuimos con my favorite club pero el sky bar no nos entraba el régimen de todo incluido, las camas balinesas hay que pagarlas para reservarlas, la verdad que lo unico bueno del my favorite club son las vistas desde la habitación y ya está. Cogiendo el régimen todo incluido normal es lo mismo.

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen. Es ist sehr schön gestaltet und es gibt auch abends viele Unterhaltungsmöglich
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles war sauber, und jeden Tag wurde gründlich gereinigt. Der Pool war angenehm warm, was einfach wunderbar war. Im Hotel selbst gibt es unglaublich viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir mussten gar nicht überlegen, was wir unternehmen – und haben es in einer Woche trotzdem nicht geschafft, alles auszuprobieren!

Cons:

Der Service des Personals hat uns leider nicht ganz überzeugt. Immer wenn uns kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistungen, wie zum Beispiel eine Getränkeflatrate oder Handtücher, angeboten wurden und wir diese abgelehnt haben, hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Personal uns anschließend etwas unfreundlich behandelt hat.

Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass man für fast alles extra bezahlen musste. In vielen Hotels sind Säfte und Softdrinks zumindest während des Abendessens im Preis inbegriffen.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das WLAN. Die Internetverbindung war sehr schlecht und wurde ständig unterbrochen. Wir haben das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet, leider konnte uns dort aber nicht weitergeholfen werden.

Great Stay
Pros:

Loved our stay here, Lovely staff throughout everyone friendly and cheerful even though they put long hours in. Loved the food and drinks plenty of choice for us. The wines were great especially the rose. Plenty of sun loungers round the pool you could still get one even if you arrived after lunch. Had some great nights entertainment from some excellent singers. Lovely quieter resort and excellent sandy cove that was never really to busy.
Nearly booked somewhere else as quite a few negative reviews but so glad we didd'nt

Cons:

The my exclusive club, Thought about adding this to our booking before we went but so glad we never. Not worth the money. Exclusive areas that segregated the members from the rest but in my opinion weren't as good as the normal areas. The fact that you had to buy drinks on the roof terrace,all inclusive should be all areas.
