Boa estadia
Pros:

Quarto e banheiro amplos, localização boa, com saída do hotel pra dentro do shopping, e relativamente perto dos demais lugares (indo de Uber). Mas além do shopping não tem mais nada ao redor que dê pra ir a pé. Como o shopping fechava as 20h acabamos jantando no restaurante do hotel por duas noites. Comida muito boa, preço razoável. O Hotel oferece uma garrafa de vidro e água filtrada e gelo em cada andar pra vc encher e usar durante e estadia (achei incrível isso!). Chuveiro bem forte e quente. Espelho de corpo inteiro. Ar condicionado do tipo central mais bem eficiente. Elevadores rápidos. Vista muito bonita do terraço com a piscina (não chegamos a usar).

Cons:

Ficamos num quarto pra 4 pessoas com 2 camas de casal. Meus filhos maiores dividiram a cama e ficou um pouco estreito e desconfortável para os dois. Não vi opção de solicitar 2 camas de solteiro nesse tipo de quarto quádruplo. Fica a sugestão.

Pros:

The amazing breakfast also location. It's perfect location inside the mall.

Cons:

I disliked the egg station as it isn't catering for people that don't eat pork. Given the amount of travelers passing through. Catering for Muslims also vegetarians / jews will be great. There needs to be a pan and utensils for people that wants egg but without pork.

Excelente ubicacion al lado del Mall y buena relacion calidad-precio
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y variado, las habitaciones en muy buenas condiciones y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicacion tan cercana al Mall Albrook es una gran ventaja para ahorrar en taxi o transporte para hacer compras

Cons:

El espacio de la pileta, y la pileta en si, necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Mas alla de eso se podia utilizar sin ningun problema

Pros:

The hotel staff was exceptional. There were all very helpful and spoke English well which was definitely a plus and made communicating so much easier

Cons:

Other than the staff, there was nothing exceptional for the price of the stay. I expected the breakfast buffet to have more of a variety

Pros:

La ubicación con respecto al shopping por si uno va de compras con poco tiempo

Cons:

Demasiado ruido en el desayuno, podrían poner paneles o placas bajo la mesa para absorber el ruido
En la cena pedí pulpo , parecía una entrada , muy rico pero con gusto a poco ...no volvimos a cenar en el hotel por eso
No había extractor en el baño

Excelente estadía familiar.
Pros:

Muy buenas la variedad y la calidad de los alimentos a la hora del desayuno. Excelente ubicación para hacer las compras en el Albrook mall.

Cons:

Hubo unas habitaciones cercanas a la nuestra que les estaban haciendo remodelaciones-reparaciones y se escuchaba algunas veces el ruido que se generaba con la maquinaria.
