Emplacement idéal à Panama City pour se déplacer facilement en Uber.

Cons:

Contexte : la réception peut compter entre 4 et 5 réceptionnistes. À chaque fois que nous y passions, il n’y en avait qu’un ou deux, et il n’y a qu’une seule imprimante/scanner.

- Nous n'avons jamais vécu une arrivée dans un établissement aussi nul...
Peu de monde lors de notre arrivée, mais nous avons attendu ~40 minutes pour enfin être accueillis à la réception...

Là, nous donnons notre réservation au format papier et nos passeports, et surprise : la dame nous demande une ou deux chambres ? Nous lui répondons : 1 chambre. Vous n'avez pas notre réservation ? Elle répond : oui, oui, c'est bon, et nous redemande : un grand lit ou deux lits séparés ?

On rétorque, bouche bée : un grand lit, s'il vous plaît. Elle rétorque : vous avez le petit déjeuner inclus, c'est très bien. On lui dit, surpris : non, nous ne l'avons pas, vérifiez s'il vous plaît. Elle nous dit à nouveau que oui, vous avez le petit déjeuner inclus pour tous les matins de votre séjour chez nous.

Là, ma femme lui rétorque avec insistance que non, et c'est même inscrit sur notre confirmation de réservation. La dame de la réception prend alors son téléphone et passe plusieurs minutes à discuter... pour au final nous dire qu'effectivement, nous n'avons pas le petit déjeuner.

Elle pianote à nouveau sur son ordinateur et nous dit que nous devons attendre, car ils n'ont plus de cartes/clé. Là, je lui dis que c'est bon, maintenant vous nous donnez accès à la chambre, le cirque a assez duré. Son collègue, du même niveau, m'a entendu et va comme une fleur ouvrir la petite boîte de l'express check-out pour prendre des cartes/clés et les encoder pour notre chambre...

Donc il nous a fallu 1 heure entre entrer dans l'hôtel et ouvrir la porte de la chambre.

Lunaire comme situation...

- Tout une histoire également pour obtenir un simple late check-out... mais pas assez de place pour expliquer...

Pros:

La vista desde mi habitación fue muy linda y el tamaño de la habitación me pareció adecuado y cómodo. El desayuno fue muy variado, con buenas opciones para elegir. El bar cuenta con una carta amplia tanto en comidas como en bebidas, y la piscina, ubicada en el último piso, ofrece una excelente vista. Además, me encantó que el hotel esté dentro del mall y cerca de la estación del metro, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad.

Cons:

No me gustó que las almohadas no fueran muy cómodas. Además, el arreglo de la habitación se realiza en horas de la tarde, incluso cuando se solicita la limpieza en la mañana.

Pros:

Marriott was amazing, everyday serve different and delicious breakfast, i remember the staff his name is Manuel and his services is outstanding, so humble and kind person. room was awesome and location is great door connect with Albrook Mall and you can find all Brands.

Every thing was great during my stay, just one day they missed to changed the towels otherwise was great

Great location and clean!
Pros:

It’s right inside the mall pretty much! You can enter into the mall from the hotel lobby. It also has a grocery store in the mall as well, and walking distance from a Starbucks!

Cons:

The food at the restaurant wasn’t our favorite.
