Pros:

A localização, custo benefício, os eletrodomésticos como , micro-ondas, cafeteira e frigobar.O chuveiro apesar de funcionar somente no frio não incomodou como achei que iria , pois faz muito calor o dia todo.

Cons:

Sugiro que sejam feitas algumas melhorias.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, acessível a farmácia, pizzaria e restaurante e cafeteira. Somente o Uber teve dificuldade para localizar a rua anunciada do Booking, mas depois deu certo! O anfitrião avisou que eu chegaria de madrugada, então não tive problema algum, foi ótimo! Considerando custo benefício, valeu muito! Na recepção, há um local onde servem café da manhã básico a preço muito bom!

Pros:

Absolutamente uma das melhores estadias que já tive em São Luís! Excelente custo benefício! Quarto confortável, limpo, e os ítens de cozinha são um diferencial! Localização excelente! Muitos restaurantes na proximidade, farmácia, conveniência ao lado do prédio. Dá pra fazer muita coisa andando e fica no meio do caminho tanto para o Centro Histórico quanto para a Litorânea. Próximo ao Champ’s mall tb.
