absolutely loved it and hope to come back!
Pros:

Great location, great staff, fabulous food, stylish decor, good size ensuite with plenty of space for toiletry bags!

Cons:

would have liked a little more access to the river as this was a selling point to me on booking it, but it was often being used for fishing

Excellent.
Pros:

This is a cracking little pub with up market food and rooms in a very nice village. Everything has been thought of. Fantastic dinner and breakfast and very comfortable room. Plenty of parking at the rear of the Pub. Highly recommend.

Its on a busy road, which can be a bit noisy.

Fantastic relaxed stay, with great food.

Only issue was the low ceilings, gave the property character, but also gave me a bruised head

Great location but service could definitely be improved.

Cons:

The service was very poor during check-in and dinner, especially for the price and that we were hotel guests. Instead, priority seemed to be given to other tables, leaving us having to go to the bar for our drinks and to collect food menus etc. not what I would have expected.
The rooms were nice (very hot but we did stay during the heatwave) but again, for the price, I would expect breakfast to be included - when we asked how much we were quoted £5.00 more than the booking.com email stated it would be so we decided to check-out early and went to a lovely cafe a few door down.
