Good value for money in Dakar
Pros:

Abdoul, the manager is always helpful. He also arranged a pick-up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful, although their English is not very good. Great breakfast on the roof. The rooms could do with a renovation.
We walked to the local beach of Yoff and I never felt unsafe (but there were four of us). There are nice walks along the beach - be aware of the litter.

A memorable & uplifting time at this home. Great place to get to know Dakar.

The manager was very personable and helpful. Great to chat with with.

Pros:

Kakatar residence is a home away from home! Beautiful roof terace with laid back friendly atmosphere and a great view over Yoff and the sea. The staff is doing everything to make you feel at home and help you out. Couldnt wish for a better place and vibe!

Not too bad!
Pros:

They responded to issues very promptly.

Cons:

My apartment was supposed to be sea view, but the view was far away, and the kitchen was not functioning, no pots, no pans, none functioning store lighter, leaking faucet.
