Pros:

This is the worst hotel I've been to.

Cons:

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. The room I was assigned to had stained bedding and a musty odor that made it difficult to breathe. The bathroom was no better, with mold growing in the corners and a barely functioning shower. It was clear that the housekeeping staff either didn't care or were severely understaffed.

The overall condition of the hotel was in a state of disrepair. The paint on the walls was chipped, the furniture was worn-out, and the fixtures were falling apart. It seemed like the management had no interest in investing in basic maintenance and upkeep. The lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property.

To make matters worse, the customer service was shockingly terrible. The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing any concerns or issues. When I approached the front desk with complaints about my room, they brushed me off with a dismissive attitude, offering no solutions or apologies. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.
