A complete misrepresentation — unsafe, dishonest, and not fit for any stay.
Pros:

If disappointment was the goal, then everything was perfect.

Cons:

This property represents a serious case of misrepresentation and failure to meet even the most basic standards of habitability, hygiene, transparency, and guest safety.

From the moment of arrival, it was immediately clear that the accommodation bears no meaningful resemblance to the listing. Most critically, there was no water whatsoever, making it impossible to use the toilet or shower. In addition, the shower head was completely broken and unusable, further confirming that even the most basic facilities are not functional. This alone renders the property unfit for any stay.

Furthermore, the room that was advertised and booked on Booking.com is not the room that was provided. A completely different and severely degraded apartment was given instead — a damaged, dirty space with a strong unpleasant odor, visible mold, and poor overall condition.

The bathroom is in a severely deteriorated and poorly maintained condition, with visible damage. There is extensive mold, high humidity, and a persistent, strong odor throughout the apartment, indicating a serious lack of maintenance and potential health concerns.

There are also clear safety risks, including exposed electrical elements in close proximity to water and a defective door lock that does not provide adequate security.

In addition, the location of the property is misleading. The address shown on Booking.com is not the actual location. After completing the booking, I was instructed to go to a different address that is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. This resulted in additional transportation costs and unnecessary inconvenience while carrying luggage.

Equally concerning is the lack of basic transparency and professionalism. I paid in cash and was never provided with a receipt, despite clearly requesting one. I was told I would be contacted, which never happened. Even after following up after check-out and requesting that it be sent via email, my message was read and ignored.

Avoid this place at all costs, horrific experience.
Pros:

We didn’t like the property. There was black mold throughout the space. We both have asthma and started having symptoms within an hour. The property had no other rooms so we left shortly after. I asked for my money back and they said to go through booking.com. I contacted them and never heard back. Terrible experience all around. Back to hotels.com for me.

Für 4 Leute gebucht, nur 3 Betten waren vorbereitet.

Pros:

Struttura centralissima , dotata di tutti i comfort .
L’unica pecca è il bagno ( un po’ piccolo ) e non funzionava il Wi-Fi . Il resto tutto perfetto 👍🏻 consiglio.

Tam bir dolandırıcı firma bizim kiraladığımız ev değildi .fotoğraflarda görülen yeri vermediler. Dükkandan bozma bir yer verdiler berbattı.bizim yanımızda başka bir aile vardı Almanyadan gelen Türk bir aile onlara da aynısını yaptılar .İlk önce saat 14.00 da gelin dediler. Geldik 1 saat kapılarında bekledik.Sonra saat 15.00 da alakasız bir yerin konumunu atarak oraya gitmemizi istediler. Berbat bir dükkan şeklinde bir yer.giris kat yani yanında başka dükkanlar var bu dükkanı kapatıp ev diye kiralıyorlar. İçerisi buz gibi . Kötü kokuyor. Klima çok eski ve ısıtma için asla yeterli değil çok üşüdük..ekstra battaniye yok. Çarsaflari yırtık .berbat bir deneyim oldu...
